Absolutely great! Scheduled for 8 and showed up ready to go at 7:45. Took all the pet stains out of my carpet. No complaints whatsoever.

Enrique and his assistant arrived on time and efficiently assessed the work to be done. He? let me know before work started that the stairs were going to be an extra charge. I accepted and work was started. They protected corners, and took care not to damage anything. They worked on my carpet and afterwards they left my carpet like new. Many stains that I thought were set in were cleaned? beautifully. The carpet dried quickly, looked new,? and felt soft. I was very pleased with the results and their professionalism. I would definitely call them again.

"Dear Member I'm very sorry you feel this way,even though when I finished you expressed content with the results and yes you mention concern about some of the permanent STAINS such as PET URINE,BLEACH,FURNITURE AND COOL AID (food coloring) ,which I explained that all these stains are permanent. To begin with This unit is a RENTAL HOUSE,with a large living room and dining room combination (which meet the Angie's List Offer of 3 areas for $ 125 which she paid to Angie's List),Large Family Room,2hallways,Master bedroom,2 bedrooms and one set of stairs.Did I mentioned ? It was a RENTAL,the condition of carpet appear very abused (many years without cleaning),and by the smell in the air indicates negligence of pets . The total price we charge was $ 275 this fee justifies the carpet cleaning based on size of the unit and never charged for condition of carpet (how nasty it was) which I should have. Overall I was very happy with the results and I do not think could do any better under the conditions/parameters I had to work with . thank you very much for your comments they help me to keep me humble. -- This is the second time I have used Enrique, who owns Excel, to clean carpet. I switched to Enrique because my previous experiences with the corporate-sized COIT Carpet Cleaners had been unsatisfactory to me and my wife. In contrast to COIT, I am completely satisfied with Enrique's/EXCEL work in all aspects. He utilizes a higher-end brushing unit on carpeting that is more effective in removing deep dirt and stains which most cleaners in this industry do NOT utilize. His truck-mounted equipment also does a better job of rinsing and sucking any excess liquid out of the carpet which is better for the life of the carpet/padding, does not leave a soapy smell in the carpet and allows it to dry more quickly. His cleaned carpets are pretty much completely dry in less than 24 hours and 'walkable' with clean shoes within a hour or two. From my first cleaning by Enrique about 18 mos ago, I found that my carpet stayed cleaner longer than when my wife was using COIT coupons. With our old provider, COIT, we also had 3-10" splotches (dirty spots) that would appear within a month or so which I presume was due to their sloppy workmanship; i.e., the worker left behind soap residues which then, over time, absorbed dirt more quickly than other parts of the carpet. With Enrique @ EXCEL we have had NO such recurrence of this problem that was consistently a problem with COIT.

Our experience with Excel Carpet Cleaning was the best! Enrique promptly returned our call the first time we left a message. Once the appointment was made, Erwin arrived at 8:00a.m. as scheduled. Erwin did a wonderful job and the carpeting looks great.

The two workers showed up on time and did job as promised. I wasn't sure a few spots could be brought back, but they did do a good job of cleaning our beige carpets. Would use them again.

This is the third time I've used this company and each time they have done an excellent job. They are professional and take care not to pull their hose around corners or doorways by putting up shields along the floor. They have always been on time or will call if running a bit late. Will use again.

The gentleman who cleaned my carpet was nothing short of a magician. I did not think that the carpet can be saved. I was contemplating whether to replace it. He came in and everyone says that the carpet looks brand new. I didn't even think it could be saved. I was waiting in the garage when the work was happening and when he called me in, the carpet looked brand new which was filthy earlier. I would not let anybody other than him to clean my carpets. They did a beautiful job. I scheduled them when I was free and they are were very accommodating. I called them on a Sunday. He also did my oriental carpet for which I had to pay extra and it also looks brand new. The carpet was purchased around 10 years back and it was not cleaned since then. He did it and it looked brand new. He saved it. He is definitely worth more than money I paid.

They did an amazing job. Enrique and team really took the time to work on the stains. If one type of cleaner wouldn't work, he'd try another, and another, until the stain was out. The carpet looks brand new now. They are very meticulous about getting every spot and stain. He also spent quite a bit of extra time on the area that had the pet accidents. My house looks and smells wonderful now!

Started within 5 minutes of arrival. He assessed the square footage and found it to be as we described on the phone. We agreed to the cost as we had discussed on the phone. All was in agreement before we started. After 2 hours of work in the mobile home, he came to me, explained he was done and explained that the carpet was exceptionally dirty and had some special problems (he guessed what they were and he was correct in his assessment). He said that might cause some problems down the road, but he did all he could to make it like new. And after it dried a bit, it was like new. Cushy and clean. Stains that had been present for years were gone. A bulge developed probably from the stretching, but it later settled back into place. We were very happy with the results. My mom, who did not think the carpet needed cleaning, was so glad we did this for her.
