Excel Carpet Cleaning

Many workmen had gone up and down the stairs numerous times in addition to the normal traffic. The carpet was very dirty...just dirt, no oil or grease, but the carpet is cream, so the stairs looked terrible. They are now spotless and look almost new. Remarkable for carpet that is 20 years old. The work was done on time and took about an hour. Excel is a wonderful company. I have used them before, and I will continue to them.

We contacted Enrique about cleaning our carpets as we prepare our home to put on the market. He returned my call promptly and scheduled a day for he and his team to come out and clean the carpet. It had been over 5 years since it had been done and had some heavy traffic wear. They arrived promptly on the scheduled date and cleaned four areas in our home in about an hour and a half. The carpets looked great and it was worth every penny! I would recommend them highly and feel comfortable using their services again.

After the cleaning he had us check yo make sure it was done to our satisfaction. We would definitely use his service again.

Enrigue and his employee showed up on time, walked the job, asked if I had any questions or concerns and did the job. All evidence that they were here was a clean carpet.

They're professional, super nice, and not cheap but did a great job. The carpet is 15 years old and they took everything out of that and that's good. He’s organized and he came when he said he's going to. He knows what he was doing and he does it really well. He did it on the time when he said it would take him. I really agree with him and he communicates with his customer very well.He is so responsive and I don't have questions.

My experience with them has been very good. He shows up on time and is very professional. He does a thorough job. He has one other fellow that he works with. They assess the job and they move the furniture appropriately. They're very careful with my household items. They do a good thorough job of cleaning the carpeting and make sure that I know what they had done when they left. I just thought they did a really good job.

Enrique and his assistant arrived on time and ready to work. They were very professional and took care to cover cabinet fronts for the tile and grout cleaning and to move any furniture we weren't able to move. The result for the entire job was excellent. The price was good and the experience was great. We will definitely use Excel again and I am happy to recommend them to Angie's List members.

They were very good. These people were a little bit less and weren't advertising like another carpet company and they did an excellent job.

The best ever. They removed marks in white carpet that several others could not do.

Amazing work! The guys was supposed to come at 4 and was not able to due to another job delaying him. He kept me up to date on his ETA. Although he showed up at 7pm, he did everything in 1 hour and was super friendly. The couches dried up the next day, which never happened before! Great Great service!

They showed up exactly at the appointment time and after a brief review of the estimate (they upped it some but I forgot how large my hallway actually was and a couple bad stains) they got straight to work. They moved around some of the bigger stuff and got pretty much everything. Almost all stains are completely gone and the 2 really bad ones are super faint now. They did about 4 largish rooms worth of carpeting in 3 hours. Very professional, very fast, and very affordable.

Obviously did not do the work, and when I spoke with him he was in his vehicle, and could not schedule, or was unwilling to schedule a time for an in home estimate. He did not ask what kind of carpet I have, did not ask what my carpet history was, really did not seem to want to be bothered. I am sorry. I am really into customer service, and when someone is willing to to deliver this then they will get the job.

They gave me a a ballpark quote over the phone, which was nice. They showed up on time, with a crew of two, took great care with corner guards to protect my walls, and used pads under all chairs, plants, etc. Took their time, and did the job right. My bedroom carpet looked better than when it was first installed, and was almost completely dry shortly after they left. I would recommend them highly, and will use them again in the future.

On Thursday, September 19, 2013 we moved from our 4 bedroom two story home to our new one story home. We were on a very tight schedule. We knew that after the furniture was removed, the carpets would need serious cleaning. The new family would be moving in on Saturday and the carpets would need to be cleaned and dry before their furniture could be moved in. As soon as the moving van pulled out, Excel Carpet came in and began working. They were so accommodating to our time schedule. The cleaning was completed to perfection and was dry and ready for the new family. Excel Carpet is a professional and reliable company. I would definitely use their service again and recommend them highly.

I was very impressed. First, Enrique and his associate protected corners of walls, steps, and floor from their equipment. My carpets are 13 years old. They have mostly been cleaned every year, but it had been two years since the last cleaning. The carpets now look better than they have in 10 years. They removed all spots. The heavy traffic areas were really bad. They are now the color of the rest of the carpet. They spent the time they needed to get the job done. Two people worked for 2 1/2 hours on these carpets. They have equipment that other cleaners do not have to get along edges and also to work the dirt out of matted areas. Now I found several lower prices, but I know the carpets would not have looked this good. I used Excel due to their good reviews on Angie's list and I am glad that I did. They also cleaned three area rugs in the same professional manner.

They did a great job. The carpets looked and felt great. They used booties, and were respectful of our floors. Very nice and professional. They are expensive, but you get what you pay for.

I was in hospital when they came out, the carpet was clean. The only thing was that I found that there were a lot of nicks on my staircase afterwards, so I wasn't happy about that. It cost me 800 Dollars to sort the nicks out. The carpet looked nice and clean.

The carpet that I needed cleaning was original installed in 1989. I made an appointment on 08/15/2013. after receiving a quote for the cleaning and movement of some heavy furnishings. On 08/16/2013 the owner of Excel Carpet Cleaning and his helper show at our agreed time. The owner and I took a walk through of my house and a plan was made to start the cleaning service. Although I have used other cleaning services I was really impressed at the outstanding job and clean my carpet was upon completion of their service. The owner also made many suggestions in the future maintenance of my carpet. Prior to their service I had through of removing the carpet. because of age and condition. Their job has change my mind. I would highly recommend this cleaning company with it friendly and professional attitude.
