Insulation went as advertised

This company is reliable and their product keeps my home nice and comfortable - warmer in winter, cooler (definitely cooler!) in summer. They arrived as promised ( a little early in fact), they were neat and tidy when removing vermin-damaged existing fiberglass insulation (used a large vacuum with hose that went out of home, so no mess), and blowing in cellulose. Fast work, and very polite workers. This summer has been a somewhat brutal one for Pasadena, CA, and my homes' interior was much cooler than it was last year during these hottest days of last summer (August/Sept 2011). Had suspected unwanted guests we could audibly hear from time to time, no more. The creature(s) don't like the cellulose. Bonus, received a $350 rebate from my gas company. Best investment I could have made after moving into this home last year.

Sent two different emails during the last 2 weeks, one through my personal email & one via Angie's List. I'm hearing crickets...not even a perfunctory email reply indicating receipt of an inquiry. I guest this guy has so much work he doesn't need to be concerned about new customers that could be scheduled for later jobs. My inquiries to other Angie's List businesses have been very prompt.

I liked Steve's services so much, I recommended him to 2 family members. They showed up on time, went straight to work and within 2 hours my attic was fully insulated. No mess when they were done. I couldn't ask for anything more. The insulation made a world of difference. Don't hesitate to hire them!

They were extremely professional...ontime, polite and cleaned up afterwards. They did exactly what was outlined in their estimate and charged us the precise amount of the estimate..no extra charges. They then explained how we might obtain the gas company rebate and honored your coupon for $50.00 off the total job cost.

They have 2 teams, the first team came to vacuum and take out old insulation. After taken out the old insulation, they sanitized our attic (we had a rodent issue). The next day, the other team came to blow in the new insulation. Both teams were very professional and did an excellent job. Chip and Steve really took care of us and provided an outstanding customer service too. They are very responsible and professional. Highly recommend.

The entire process from the first contact to the end went well. Steve was quick to respond to all my questions and was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. On the day of the service, the guys came on time and was able to finish the job in about an hour and a half. They were very nice and professional. We had a good experience overall and would recommend them to everyone.

My 800 sq ft, built in 1949 house was cold! Turns out there's no insulation anywhere - not in the attic or walls. I called Everguard for a quote for insulating the attic in the morning of February 2nd. The price quoted was great and there are 2 rebates available. Steve asked if I would like to schedule an appointment and I jokingly said "today?" Turns out the crew was just finishing a job not far from my house and they were able to come over almost immediately. The two-man crew were clean, polite, friendly and neat, the job took a little more an hour. Then they cleaned up after themselves. My house is so warm I don't have to wear a coat indoors anymore.

I contacted them via to have someone come out to take a look at the house and insulation needs. Instead they did a phone estimate, just ballparking the square footage of insulation needed. Just a preference but I did not like that since every house is a little different. Ended up not going with them. Their price was competitive though.

I would like to thank everyone at EverGuard for there exceptional customer service and how quickly they responded. Within 24hrs they come out to my house and completed the job within the time they estimated. Ron and Shad are the best and know how to complete the job quickly and effectivley.

Everguard was great, very professional and very considerate of our home. They showed up and did a quick assessment and confirmed we needed more insulation and did it for exactly what we were quoted on the phone.
