They did an excellent job on all repairs and took extra time in the cleaning and preparation before they applied the Guardtop coating. They are in my contacts as a use again company and would recommend them anytime.
Description of Work: Repaired Asphalt that included 1" and 5" depth sealed 200' of cracks applied Guardtop coating to all of asphalt area and restriped Parking spaces.

Description of Work: Empire Parking Lot Services came to our house in April and gave us a price to seal our drive way and repair some concrete that was breaking. They provided a fast price that was fair and in line with the other paving contractors. The reason we chose Empire was that at every level they seemed professional and courteous. The other Angies list companies we called either took too long to get back to us or made is feel as if we where bothering them. The way we saw it was that the initial calls we had with these contractors where a good indicator how it would be dealing with them during the project. Empire parking lot services was the quickest responders, answered all of our questions, and got us a quick price. The project itself was scheduled for two visits from the contractor. The first time they where to repair the broken concrete and haul the old concrete to the dump. The second was to re seal coat the drive way with 2 coats of material. Both times the crews showed up on time and performed the exact scope of work that we paid for. One thing that did happen that I was a little frustrated with was that after signing the contract with Empire it took almost a full week to get the project scheduled. I was hoping to have it done for the weekend but they were scheduled out for the week with other asphalt projects.
