After reviewing my choices for a roof replacement, the owner wrote up a bid that was really reasonably priced. I didn't feel the need to negotiate with him because he explained the process to me and the materials required to do the job correctly. He did not ask me for any $ upfront which made me feel confident that he would not run with half my cash. We selected a start date and when the day arrived there were no problems. They did the tear off and first inspection in the first day and finished in 5 days. I have virtually No complaints. The workers were efficient, on time, clean and careful to be gentle with all of my landscaping, exterior paint and more. They cleaned up everyday before they left and never left my home exposed to any weather. The owner educated me about the need for regular roof maintenance and I plan to follow his advice! The craftsmanship and finished work has upgraded my home significantly and I am well pleased with the money I spent with the company and the great service they provided me. I would absolutely recommend Elite Roofing to anyone wishing to get a new roof or a basic roof maintenance! 7691

WORKING WITH ELLIOTT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE WILLING TO COME OUT WHEN IT WAS RAINING AND CLIMB UP ON THE ROOF TO SEE WHY THE SKYLIGHT WAS LEAKING. THEY IDENTIFIED THE CAULKING WAS OLD/BAD. AS PROMISED, THEY CAME BACK OUT AND RECAULKED THE ENTIRE SKYLIGHT AND HAVE HAD NO FURTHER PROBLEMS.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS NOT PLEASANT. THEY DID THE WORK AFTER THE RAINY SEASON HERE SO WE WERE UNAWARE THAT A PROBLEM EXISTED UNTIL THE NEXT RAINY SEASON BEGAN AROUND 9 MONTHS LATER. WE HAD WATER POURING THROUGH THE DOOR SEAMS AND A LOT OF INTERIOR DAMAGE. I DO NOT THINK THEY ADDRESSED THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM EFFICIENTLY AND WANTED TO CHARGE US FOR THE QUICK FIX THAT THEY MADE FROM THE ORIGINAL WORK THEY HAD DONE. IT WAS VERY FRUSTRATING. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AND I EVEN CONTACTED MY INSURANCE COMPANY WHO HAD RECOMMENDED THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE TO LET THEM KNOW HOW POORLY THEY DID.
