They charge a high cost for services and they do not offer any warranty. They give you a thirty day warranty only parts. They are never on time and today I called at 1:00 and they said they would arrive 2:00, I've been waiting over two hours for them to show.
Description of Work: I have used there services about four or five times for gate services.

Response from Elite Access Doors
We charge a standard rate in our industry, we are not the cheapest and we certainly aren't the highest. We offer a MINIMUM 30 DAY LABOR Warranty on all service calls we perform. Installations typically have a 1 Year Labor Warranty. Parts usually have a 6 Month, 1 Year or 2 Year Warranty (depending on part and manufacturer). Warranties are always noted on our contracts. We schedule either AM or PM appointments and always call the day before and 1/2 hour ahead of arrival. From time to time we may run a bit behind due to the needs of the prior customer, but we always call and advise on our expected arrival time. This customer has been a customer since 2008 and has called on many occasions. He always complains, he always demands a discount (after the work has been done) and he never seems to be happy with our service. Yet he still calls us, why? Because we are honest about our work, we DO show up for service on the day we schedule and our Technicians know what they are doing. I wish he would of called us first to express his frustrations but instead he decided to smear us on Angie's List. Please rest assured that we offer FAST & EFFICIENT SERVICE and have done so for over 25 Years in this Industry. Feel free to call us and we will answer any questions you may have.
