EarthWise Hauling & Junk Removal

We have used Earthwise Hauling 5 times now. Twice we used them to help with the process of downsizing. And then we used them three times to help not only with moving boxes after our move, but also with a plethora of boxes and Styrofoam from items we ordered online to help with storage in our new place. They are always prompt to respond to a request for an appointment. They always call ahead of time. And on one occasion when I had to make a sudden change in the appointment, they were very accommodating. The workers are always friendly and efficient. Plus we love that they find new uses for as much of the stuff as possible.

Great! the guys were early (called and asked they could come early) and they were very friendly and helpful. Also carried down the shelving unit from upstairs that I couldn't get on my own. They even swept up the debris and took it with them. I didn't mark price because I'm not sure if it was a good price or not, but I was willing to pay because it seemed fair. Filled about one third of their trailer.

Great, they were on time, communicated well and cleaned up after themselves.

The whole process went super smoothly. On the day before the appointment, the dispatcher confirmed the appointment time. The next day, the haulers arrived on time and quickly removed everything. They were very polite and conscientious, and plus, the cost was very reasonable.

Joe and his team were exceptional!!! They were on time and went straight to work. They were very quiet even though the were demolishing our patio. They respectful of our property and furry babies too. They knew we had two puppies so they made sure every nail was picked up. That meant a lot to us!!

These guys are amazing. I will definitely use them in the future. After they left, I think I sent their info to about 5 different friends & neighbors. They had everything out into the truck in about 15 mins including the sofa which had to be carried out the long way since it wouldn't fit through the garage. After everything was in the truck, they even swept up the dust in the garage. Unbelievable! Very nice, professional, and just really great guys.

I scheduled a request through their website to say $40 off the order, but then I also called and left a voicemail (Saturday morning). Joe called back fairly quickly and two of his men were at my house within an hour of the callback. Joe mentioned that he'd leave in the notes that I scheduled online so they would honor the discount. The two men were polite, professional and worked with us as we kept adding items to the truck, informing us each time how much the price would be. I would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them based off this one experience.

The removal process went very well and took approximately 1 1/2 hours. The company's owner participated in the removal process. During the removal process, the crew checked the drawers of furniture to be removed and found a family heirloom that was thought to be lost. After all items were removed from the storage unit, the crew sweep the storage unit floor.

Earthwise was excellent, they were on time, very efficient in the packing of the truck (which saves me money) and even swept the storage unit clean for me. I highly recommend them.

Joe called a couple of times to confirm the time and date. He and his helper arrived promptly. They were both very nice and professional. I showed them all the items that needed to be removed and they proceeded without my having to supervise the process. I had a few furniture items that could go somewhere for donation. So I was happy to see that they didn't break up the heavier pieces to make them easier to carry down the stair -- unlike another company we used several years ago. I felt that Joe was more than fair in what he charged. We will be using Earthwise Hauling again when we are about to move out.

Joe and his helper were very nice and professional. They sorted the materials well to take up as little space in the truck as possible, and did a great job cleaning up the nails, dust and bits of construction debris. Very customer-oriented and working hard to build his business. He is upfront with his pricing. Hauling prices are crazy expensive in this market compared to other markets where I've lived but Earthwise's prices are a little better than most. I would use them again.

We had put the couch out on the driveway, and later in the day, we realized it was already gone. They had come by, picked it up, and left. So, it was good that the work was done but i'm glad we hadn't wanted them to haul anything else, because we would have missed them.

EarthWise was the best! Joe, the owner, called the evening of the day that I booked an online appointment. His guys showed up on time, packed up all the junk and swept the concrete. Great job!

The team was prompt, efficient and very professional

Very smoothly. Estimate was given, trash removed from condo, and final figure was summarized (3/8 of truckload) minus the amount originally given to Angies list. Much more reasonably priced than another firm I had used earlier! Also, it was nice knowing that what could be recycled was being handled in that way!

This company is the best! They showed up on time, worked hard to pack the truck efficiently, were polite and kept me informed of their progress, they didn't overcharge me, and even reminded me that I qualified for the online booking discount! I will definitely use them again!

(Note: You get a $30 discount if you place the order online) His crew came at the appointed time and were very quick and efficient in removing and loading up the items in their truck. Very friendly and pleasant guys to talk to while they were working. Afterwards, took care of the financial aspect with no problems. Was very pleased with the overall experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service.
