EarthWise Hauling & Junk Removal

Everything went fine. They were very courteous and friendly over the phone and in person when they arrived to do the work. They showed up as promised and did the job promptly. Some items were quite heavy and took a little work to get in the truck but there were no problems.

The owner and his helper arrived on time and allowed us to use the Angie's list discount even though the amount we needed to move was outside the amount they had posted it for. They removed very heavy items carefully and promptly even moving an entertainment center from upstairs without an extra charge. They were polite and personable and I would use them again if I needed hauling again.

They were okay. They weren't super impressive but they were fine. They advertised the $99 thing but that was only for a quarter of a truck, which is kind of small. It ended up being about 3 times that much. They were real nice. We hired someone else another time and they had a much bigger truck and charged us less.

Both Men arrived on time with their truck. We had large and small items to be removed. They are an eco-friendly business. In the garage-they were unable to take any paint cans or my oil paints --and we understood that. They removed some items in my backyard, in my house--they had to climb at least 13 stairs to get items out of a back bedroom,etc. Also, they removed many junk items--as well as a few things that could be repaired(like through the Goodwill). We were pleased with their punctuality and friendliness! They managed to fill their truck--and timewise (they were fast). Because they are members of Angie's List--we received a 15% discount. They were done in about 2 hours or less. I must say they were very efficient! Now, my home does NOT look so cluttered with any more JUNK! Thanks guys!! Sincerely, Kathleen and Thomas Clark

I called Joe on 1/28/13 and he scheduled a pick up on 1/29/13. The price quoted on the phone was only increased $25. for some additional items that needed to be hauled away. I like the fact that Joe's company recycles the items. He did a great job and I will definitely call him again.

Joe was very pleasant and accommodating, coming all the way to NE L.A. from Orange. Even though my load was larger than the Angie's List offer, he worked with me to adjust the price to something i could afford. They did a good job and cleaned up afterward. I also like the fact that they make every effort to recycle and avoid throwing things in landfills. I'd definitely recommend them!

I was extremely pleased with this company and plan to hire them again for a larger project. Joe and his assistant were punctual, polite, efficient and very willing to give extra service. They cleaned up every bit of debris and even offered to rake the lawn where the debris had been sitting. They even swept my walkway to make sure there was no trace of their work left behind, all while displaying pleasant and helpful attitudes. A real find.

The men did a good job working in somewhat difficult conditions. They were careful as I requested and let me slow them down so I could pick the items I needed/wanted to save. Good company, I would use them again.

So far it's been excellent customer service all the way.

I had replaced my TV's for flat screens, I had the old, big and extremely heavy TV's and no way to haul them away. I saw the big deal on my email and gave them a call. They were on time and efficient.

Met my husband on time and took all our junk that was in our side yard. Made my day!!

I did not use them but they were actually good; they just charged a little too much. I think their price was higher because I do not live in their service area. They responded to my request for quote right away.

I didn't use them because it turned out that I didn't need them. The person who came down to give me an estimate was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. I was very pleased with him. My overall experience with him was excellent.

They were very efficient. They did exactly what they said they would do.

They were in-and-out in under an hour; they moved some electronic equipment in order to remove a large dresser then replaced the equipment to my satisfaction; care was taken to protect hardware floors during furniture removal; swept out the garage after "junk" removal. Excellent customer service?would definitely use Earthwise again.

I made an appointment and the appointment was confirmed. They give you a call before they show up so you don't just get a knock at the door. Everything was picked up with the exception of any fluorescent light bulbs. They sweep up the area once they were done.
