Eric Duff and his team were all very nice and professional. They showed up when they said they would and kept me informed on a daily basis. They completed the job within the estimated timeframe. They were very neat and cleaned up at the end of each day. What I like about Eric and his team is they are all perfectionists. I looked at every line, edge and tile placement and couldn't?t find a fault, they all lined up perfectly. All I had to do was select the tile and show Eric a sketch of the design, he more than met my expectations. For the quality of work, I thought the price was more than fair. I got quotes from 3 other companies and Duff Tiles was right in the middle, only a few hundred dollars difference, which the quality and all the extras more than made up for. Eric is honest and don?t nickel and dime you. For example, my ceiling line (the builder?s mistake) was skewed about an inch, which Eric leveled out with drywall and re-textured, he did not leave until everything looked perfect. For any tile or stone work in the future, I will certainly only go to Duff Tiles. You won?t go wrong with these guys.

Everything went perfectly smoothly. I called a couple of weeks back to ask about putting a tile top on a new bathroom vanity I had installed, and Eric Duff returned my call within the hour. He was at my house the next day and gave me an estimate. He was able to do the job later in the week. His workers came when they said they would, and did the job in less time than they had planned. The quality of the work was excellent. The workers were very professional and tidy, and they talked with me throughout the job to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. The vanity looks great. I will definitely call him back the next time I need any tile work done.

Due to a conflict with our kitchen remodel contractor, we were unable to use Eric's services. But his professionalism in providing his estimate was excellent, and his pricing was competitive. We would definitely contact him again if we have future tiling needs.

I called Eric Duff to get a rough estimate of the cost to tile two walls of a corner shower with new fiberglass pan already in place. I am grateful that he was willing to give me an estimate based on dimensions and the information I provided. He floats his tile. This is a plus. I am in the process of getting estimates and will choose someone when the shower is ready for tiling. He was pleasant to speak with and I would consider using him but need to stay on budget right now.

Working with Eric was a pleasure. From start to finish everything was amazing. The job was completed a day early and the price ended up being under the original estimate. The workmanship was flawless and I appreciate the attention to detail that was given, the advice shared, and the professional manner with which the work was performed.

The work began as scheduled and for the most part, stayed on schedule throughout the entire remodel. All the tradesmen (electrician, plumber, dry wall) he brought in were also very proffesional and they too, all showed up as scheduled and completed their work when they said they would. In addition, we were impressed with how Eric maintained a clean work area and at the end of each day, all his tools and supplies were taken out of the house and placed neatly in an area beside the house. He even swept and vacuumed before he left for the day!

They were very punctual and the estimate given was 100% of what we had to pay. The craftsmanship was excellent.

The project completed as expected and on time. Had Eric tile a kitchen backsplash and as a result of his excellent work, had him come back to tile the shower. We now plan to use him again to tile the tub/shower in the second bathroom.

Called Eric for an estimate. He came over that day. Was very courteous and pleasant to talk to. Covered all the details and process required for installation. He came out and finished the job in one day. As a result of his excellent work we are having him come back and tile our master bathroom shower !

Our overall experience with Eric was very positive I highly recommend him.

We originally hired Eric to demo our bathroom as well as remove just the bottom layer of existing tile in a bath/shower so that a damaged tub could be replaced. He made every effort to save as much as possible but it quickly became clear that we weren't going to be happy with repaired tile considering the amount of other work we were having done. So we made the decision to remove and replace all of the tile instead. Eric was very helpful in giving us information prior to buying tile that helped us avoid mistakes before the install as well as made suggestions as to options including replacing our floor molding with new tile. During the install he did float rather than backer board which I understand to be the better way to install tile. It was even commented on by another vendor that came by to measure for installing a shower door that it was exceptionally good plumb line, very straight, better than most and he also commented that he could tell it was float and not backer board. We are very happy with the result and will not hesitate to call him back for any future tile work we need done.

From start to finish the job was precisely as Eric described it would be. I loved that.

This is the second job Eric has done for me and I have been very pleased with his work. He did a great job from start to finish. He communicates well, keeps his commitments, does GREAT work, was exceptionally neat and tidy, and offers fair pricing. He came into a bath remodel that I was doing a lot of the work on. He installed new backer board over a bare plywood floor and then installed ceramic tile that I provided. He grouted the tile the same day. The end product was beautiful.
