bought Angieslist deal "clear 1 yard drain for 89.99". Scheduled an appointment at 9:30am. Tech showed up at 9:00am. Showed him the front yard drain which is clogged. He asked me to show the other drains. I showed him the remaining drains which are in the back yard, those have no issues. He said he will start snaking from the backyard drains. I again told him we have no issues with the back yard drains and took him on to the road and showed the 2 drains outlets, one from the front yard and the second from the backyard. That is where exactly he parked his truck. he is here to fix the clog but, didn't bother to check where the outlets are and how many of them? Which is connected to where??? I guess he is testing me whether I have any knowledge in plumbing or not. I remained quiet then started his sales pitch.... I will TRY snacking, but ,if there are any roots we have to hydro jetting which costs $500 to 600???... I told him, the drain is only 15 foot long, try snaking first. In 20 mins, by 9:20 am he knocked the door and said, I tried my best and there are roots and I recommend hydro jetting.... . I told him, you barely tried for 15 mins with your snake and came up with a recommendation... Even it needs a hydro jetting, I will not hire your company....Then he said to make you happy I will try little bit more but, if the snake gets stuck, I have to dig your front yard to take it out... I said okay and was with him watching his work.... He ran the snake for another few mins and I see the snake running with no issues. He pulled it back saying if I continue this, it is going to punctured the drain... And the best option is hydro jetting... I clearly see this company has no intention to clear the clog and is here to sell their costly service... In my view, they charged $90.00 but not even spent 30 mins to fix the problem... I am not going recommend or hire this company again.....

Do it Right Plumbers sent an email several days in advance of their plumber's arrival stating the plumbers name, showing his picture, and telling a little about him. Josh arrived on time and immediately put down a small rug on the porch and put on protective shoe coverings in order to protect the floors in the house. He carefully explained what he was going to do and then proceeded to flush out the drain. Josh was most knowledgable and also just a very nice person. I look forward to having him install a toilet for me later this week and would not hesitate to use Josh and Do It Right Plumbers anytime I need plumbing services.

I called the company to inquire what they actually do for outside drains, many companies say they will do something but when they get to your home, they say they only meant something different. The owner was very clear that they do yard drains, which had been a problem backing up for me during the recent storms. He spent alot of time on the phone with me and I knew immediately this was a standup company. The technician, Josh, arrived early, but they called to confirm that it would be acceptable. He not only snaked quite a bit of length and removed huge roots but he also walked through the property and inspected the other drains. Included in this home visit was a walk through to evaluate what could be improved in the plumbing arena, and what is "a leak waiting to happen". He inspected all the pipes and the drains, and even the water heater. He agreed to make a list of what needed to be repaired or upgraded, and would send me pricing in order of importance. That was invaluable. This was not your usual hard sell, or scare tactic. He was professional, knowledgeable and showed honest concern for some items that had some questionable safety issues. I asked him to snake the upstairs toilet which doesn't flush well. I don't know how much other plumbers charge for that, I have always used handymen. I thought it was a little pricey, and it was either 187.34 or 197.34. That wasn't clear. We settled on 200.00, rounding out the top number, and they did give a 10% discount on that for Angies List which brought it to 180. While that might have been pricey, the cost of the yard drain and free home estimate far exceeded the value of the 89.00 I paid, so all in all I would say these guys are the real deal and a great company to work with. The owner is right on top of things, he texts or emails immediately, and I had my invoice via email within an hour. I would highly recommend them and will use them for my future plumbing needs.

Overall it went well. Josh found drains that I had forgotten were there! To begin, he used my gardens hoses to see how the drains interconnected. Next he ran the "snake" in the lines. The first one opened up easily. The second had some blockage and the third was the worst. He was able to bring up clumps of roots and "gunk." Josh did recommend a more powerful, hydro jet clean out which we opted to consider at a future date. He also recommended an earthquake, automatic shut off valve for our Gas meter. We are to receive estimates for both. They sound like good preventive measures.

Do It Right Plumbers is amazing! They literally roll out the red carpet after arriving in your home. Booties on, tools never touch the floor, they wipe down the entire work space after finishing and to top it off...even spray a little aromatherapy as the final touch! We will only use Do It Right Plumbers for all of our plumbing needs and we have already referred several friends to this wonderful company. I feel comfortable knowing we are in good hands for the future if a problem should occur in our home.

The install did not take long and things were cleaned up after installation.

The drain did not get unclogged -- the technician tried and tried from all drains and couldn't seem to unclog. At the end of numerous attempts he thought that there were roots inside from a palm tree. So the recommendation was to tear up the concrete and dig a trench -- pull out the old pipe and relay the pipe. I was hoping from the description of the service that the blades could cut through the roots (any size roots) but this could and did not happen.

Unresponsive, late, and when they did show up they held the price hostage, they probed me ; testing to see if they could over charge me and when they realized I knew a lot about plumbing, they said; that they would be willing to lower the price for a good review. Very unprofessional!

It was ok! Asked for the price for another location in addition to the bath sink and got an outrageous quote. Other than that they were ok but expensive for unclogging one sink in 15 minutes total.

They provide me with exceptional customer service. They were super efficient and very professional. I am using them again since I have to flus my water heater ones a year.

My deaf 85 year-old father was freaking because his kitchen drain was clogged in his 60 y o house. He is on a limited budget and has been ripped off by plumbers before. DO IT RIGHT PLUMBERS had a $99. special. They were wonderful! Although they were unable to make the scheduled appointment time, I received three phone calls from them updating me on their arrival time. Chris, the plumber, was able to quickly clear the kitchen drain and suggested a way of permanently solving the problem. The fixed price, the quick service, and the no-games was EXACTLY what my father needed. We would love to do business with this company again. God bless you for the work you do.

All good things. Seriously. Professional and clean. Wore booties and laid down a red carpet for all his tools. Super clean. And the guy was super nice but not too nice. I have 3 little kids and I needed him to talk to me when I needed him and to leave me alone at certain times too. He totally got that. He was quiet and respectful, knowledgable and kind, professional and efficient. I couldn't ask for anything better. I cancelled the contract because I decided to have the entire house repiped and all the toilets changed at that time. However, Mr. Bar Levi was prompt in his response to the initial request and to some questions I had about types of toilets to purchased. I then left on a long trip and upon my return, Mr. Bar Levi again contacted me to inquire about my decision. I appreciate the profession manner in which Mr. Levi handled this transaction and would consider using him in the future.

Anthony arrived to install a new toilet for me. I had purchased a deal from Do It Right Plumbers for a toilet install. Before Anthony entered the house he put on booties to keep the floors clean. While Anthony was installing the toilet he noticed something else that needed attention. He explained to me that I should replace the angle stop. I decided to go ahead with the additional repair since the part was very old and could have caused problems in the future. Anthony worked very quickly and had the installation done in about an hour and a half. He cleaned up his mess and even took the old toilet with him. I also purchased a "Do It Right Plumbers" membership that gives me a bit of a discount and priority service on future calls. I had previously contacted another plumbing service and they quoted me over $500 to install the toilet. Anthony also pointed out a couple things I can do to save water with a couple of simple changes. I am very happy with the service and the fact that Anthony took the time to explain things and did not try to pressure me into spending more money. Thank you.

They had to cancel the 1st appointment due to an issue. But they were able to schedule a time convinent for me, on Sunday. The service itself was excellent. Professional and efficient. Clean and neat.

Following my procurement of the toilet I chose, I called for an appointment to install. Some time later, they called to change the time. They arrived right on the new time. He first surveyed all house plumbing areas and made recommendations for problems at present or expected in the near future. He estimated correction of all these would cost in four figures. All were rejected except a new toilet valve where the new toilet would be installed. Because the old toilet was old, he worried that the water exit hole might require extensive and timely work to accommodate the new unit. Fortunately, this did not materialize. No further problems were incurred and the job was completed as planned. The bathroom was very clean when he finished. The was an Angie's BIG DEAL advertised at $99. The new valve increased the cost slightly.

From the very beginning, Do It Right was professional. They're almost like a concierge plumbing service. Answering the phone promptly and courteously. Scheduling an appointment without a long lead time and without a window (they gave an actual arrival time!). Sending an email confirmation of appointment with a picture and a bio of the service technician as well as an email when he was on his way. The plumber arrived clean, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. He was extremely thorough, asking about all of our plumbing needs (so that a bandaid wasn't put on our problem but a full surgery if needed) and not just the 1 problem we called about. He then created an estimate based on any concerns we discussed, with no pressure of how many things to work on. We came up with a plan and he fixed the most pressing issue. He fixed it quickly and completely. And it's 100% satisfaction guaranteed!

I had hired Do It Right Remodeling to remodel my master bath, secondary bath, laundry room and kitchen. The plumbing contractor that was used was not great...and the owners had told me that they were so tired of the plumbing contractors being the source of nearly every issue, that they decided to start their own plumbing business with a specific focus on high quality service. A few months after our remodel was completed, that ended up including the installation of new toilets, we started hearing one of the toilets running for a few seconds every few hours. I called Edan about this, and he had one of the plumbers from his new company at my house the next day... Nick, the plumber, showed up 10 minutes EARLY....wow! I'm used to waiting for the inevitable phone call saying they are running late...not this time. I open the door and Nick has actually placed a red carpet on the ground outside of my door and has booties in hand to cover his shoes. Nick does not look like your typical plumber either....picture an early 20's "All American" clean-cut kid from the 1950's in terms of manners, appearance and speaking and you can now imagine who I am looking at. Refreshing! Nick proceeds to inspect the problem toilet, explains to me in simple terms what is going on and why...tells me what he is doing to fix it. Verifies the fix and says he'd like to inspect the other toilets to insure I don't start to encounter the same problem. (water fill line was set too high, resulting in an eventual "leak" into the overflow tube, thus, tricking the toilet into thinking it needed to fill the tank a bit more.) He finds the other 2 toilets fill lines set a bit too high and adjusts those for me as well. Nick was in and out of my house in 15 minutes, all problems resolved, I understood the issue, how he fixed it, etc. This was a great experience...a first with any plumber in my life! I'd strongly suggest Do It Right Plumbing (and Do It Right Remodeling) to anyone/everyone!

Nick arrived early for our appointment. He was polite and presented himself well. He quickly checked all the plumbing fixtures in the house and then started work on flushing the hot water tank. During that process, we discussed my options (ex. replacing the tank, going with a tankless, option, etc). He was very knowledgeable and looked for the best solution for me. I haven't made a decision yet, but I will have the work done with Do It Right!

What a wonderful experience! Since we have such hard water in my area, I contacted Do It Right Plumbers to get my hot water heater flushed. My schedule was easily accommodated and Nick arrived on time putting on shoe covers before entering my home. While the water heater was being emptied, he did an inspection of my home's plumbing and I tagged along. He pointed out areas of concern, gave recommendations, and taught me a lot about shut off valves and water pressure. Nick was clean, courteous, professional, and a great teacher as it turns out. Highly recommended!
