They came out promptly and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Both Bill and Kevin were fantastic. They were very professional and courteous. They clearly explained the issues and options for repair. I highly recommend them.

Danny fixed the slow leak and worked long and **** ** the second toilet. It is definitely better but not perfect, however I believe the fault was as he explained that the toilet is likely on its last legs due to restricted flow that has built up over the years. He did also offer some suggestions on a couple things I could do that could possibly help a little more. He did say that we can call if we are not satisfied and they will come back out. They were prompt and on time and kept me appraised on the status of the appointment, sent me a pic of Danny etc. He out shoe covers on without being asked. I thought the initial cost estimate of $440 was way high for the work but he called in and got a reduction in price to $378. I still thought that was high for the parts and effort required however I was so anxious to solve the problem and so I went with it. As it turned out I thought I got a far value for the effort and results.

It went great. I accepted their offer and they worked on it all day. They install the heater and replaced all my galvanized water and gas lines and added shutoffs because I didn't have any. They worked on it about 9 hours. A long job.

VERY WELL, PLUMBER BEFORE THIS USED CAMERA AND SAID I HAD NO LEAK. FELIX MARIN DID NOT GIVE UP TILL HE FOUND IT. REPAIREDD LEAK BY REPLACING PIPE AND RECOMMENDED CIOMPANY TO REPAIR DRY WALL ETC, WHO WE USED AND JOB CAME GREAT.

Found Do it Right Plumbers on Home Advisor. They call and set and appointment to replace my leaking water heater. They call to confirm the next morning and the Plumber Saul called when he was on his way. Very professional, Saul gave me several options to choose from on his iPad tablet. I thought the pricing was a little expensive but they do have a membership which has built in benefits. I chose the option I wanted and He got to work and had my hot water back up and running. They will come out yearly and flush the water heater yearly and will replace my water heater at no charge for 10 years if something goes wrong with it. Thanks Saul.

Bill was prompt, pleasant, professional in attire and manner, and thoroughly explained the issue, what was needed, and how to reduce recurrences of this issue. He asked if I had any other issues or questions, and spent extra time to educate me as well as explain a do it yourself or handyman solution to two other bothersome plumbing issues at my home. I find the expense of hiring a "pro" bothers my thrifty side, but in this case well worth it. The office staff were likewise pleasant, courteous, and kept me informed of ETA.

Hermes was very professional and even installed new angle valves. Very satisfied with work and speed of service. I highly recommend him. Fixing bad work is not easy but he made it right. A bit pricy but quality work.

the price was out of my range. However, I was impressed with how both plumbers explained the process and cost. I found them to be much more professional than the 2 previous companies that came out to offer an estimate. I would have had Hermez and Saul do the work however I am not able to afofrd it. They explained the credit option, however im not interested.

These jobs were done in several phases over several months. Each team member was professional, knowledgeable and sincerely customer oriented, always arriving on time, always very conscientious of performing the work properly and ensuring the areas were kept clean. They discussed the details of the jobs with us and maintained schedule. The dispatcher coordinated communication between us and the workers, also providing tech assistance to provide photos and videos.
