Description of Work: What a Great experience, company was thru Amazon, Project remove and dispose of existing toilet and install new unit. Michael arrived on time scheduled,with a great smile and ready to work,we did a walk thru, he returned with tools and pads and quietly removed the old toilet prepped the surface and installed and checked operation of the new unit. He insured me that all shipping and packing material will be removed. Michael I thank you and hope your boss realizes how lucky they are to have you as an employee.

Description of Work: I was not impressed at all and would never use them again. Firstly the original appointment took forever to setup. I assume lots of people responded to the offer, so probably why. That is not my complaint though. | |Their drain snake machine they use is such a light duty machine, it does not do a very good job of clearing the drain. I could have rented a heavier duty machine from Home Depot. They were not able to clean my drain out with their little machine, but were more than happy to sell me additional services to have the drain Hydrojetted at a much higher cost. This offer was clearly a way to try get new customers, but upsell them to hydrosetting. The previous company I used came with a much heavier duty machine and were able to clean the drains without any issue.

Description of Work: The job was done and the main problem fixed. The men were very polite, considerate and I would use them again if their prices weren't so high. It cost me $425 with the discount to have the inner workings of one toilet tank replaced. The other items that needed replacement were estimated in the thousands. I will do some price comparisons before I use them again. I was also contacted by the owner after the work was done, which I thought was very professional -he was very kind and explained the charges as best he could.
