+ -1 moreLalo, the rep from the company, arrived on time and cleaned all carpeting in a very professional way. He was even able to get a stain from red nail polish out of beige carpeting.
Description of Work: Two bedrooms, a hallway, and a stairway were cleaned and a protect ant was put on.

+ -1 moreI called Singleton out to clean some furniture, that had gotten dirty from some construction that I had going on at the house. He arrived 10 minutes prior to the appointment. He assessed my job and the furniture i had to have cleaned. He actually pointed out a spot that I had completely missed, in which the construction people i had spilled varnish. He was professional, kind, explained the job, and went to work. He cleaned up after him self and put everything back. He cleaned everything well and to my expectations. He's a good hard working guy!!! Give him a call!!!

+ -1 moreThe original estimate was 258.00, was surprised when I was given different price, was not given any type of apology or consideration for the price difference or possible misunderstanding of price, should have been more clear on the cost of a long hallway. 1 of the rooms should have been cleaner
Description of Work: I had 5 rooms chem dry cleaned, 1 empty bedroom, my office & guess room which furniture couldn't be removed from. 2 down stairs rooms,"which was most of the work", and 13 steps w/ landing and 23" hallway up stairs.

Description of Work: the appointment was set for 11:00am, he showed up at 12:00 Ishowed him the carpets the shots on the carpets, I asked him to make sure that the cleaning included the edges around the rooms, since I have white carpets the edges would surely show, he made up the excuse that all the dirt on the edges of the carpets was coused by air conditions or by heating it sends out small particles that fly from the filter down to the walls to edges of the rooms, so he would not be able to clean them. I told him I never hear such a thing before, that I wad not going to pay for carpets to be cleaned only for the middle of the room, so I cancelled the service. Very disintersted to do the job and do it well, I found this company through Angie's list.

+ -1 moreI started using them years ago. They come out when they say they will come. They do the work quickly and efficiently. The first time I used them, it was for a rental property and the carpet was in a bad shape. I was amazed that they were able to make it look as good as it did. I got to use the carpet for a couple of more years which I was afraid I would have to replace. I am comfortable with them based on the years of experience. It always never exceeded my expectations.

+ -1 moreHe was very good. He came back and did the best he good, but we had a dog that urinates a lot and there were some stains that he could not get out. Lalo was the technician that came out and cleaned the carpet. He was very nice, professional and easy to talk to. He was also very pleasant. He vacuumed the carpets in the living room, dinning room, up the stairs and the hall. He then cleaned it and used a special thing for the smell for the pet stains. He did everything he could.

+ -1 moreThe rug looked terrible before Lallo arrived and cleaned it. He did an excellent job removing the spots and stains and made the rug look clean and fresh again. I believe the Chem Dry method is excellent and have always sought out a cleaner using this process. However, Lallo is the best carpet cleaner I have ever had, bar none. He is way better than a couple other Chem Dry cleaners that I tried before using him. He strives to get out every spot, and succeeds virtually every time. If Lallo can't get it out, nobody can. He cares about doing quality work, and it shows. I've been using him for about five years. He also did extremely well with a couple of oriental rugs on another occasion.
Description of Work: Removed spots and stains and thoroughly cleaned dining room rug.
