Owner came out charged extra to Temporary cover roof until she was able to get to the job in the rainy season and never showed up or called back after giving the quote.

We went with them to make the repairs and they really did some nice work. It only took them a day and the work was very high quality. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Hired Cert A Roof to inspect my 21 year old roof. The inspector was very professional, courteous, and attentive to details. The roof, attic, ceilings, eves etc. were gone over and pictures taken for the written report. The inspector explained his findings and various options to us. We were put under no pressure to have their own company do the repairs. I received their written report by e-mail a few hours after the inspector departed. I recommend them.

My wife and I bought a house and had Paul come out to do an inspection on a patio roof cover that a previous owner had installed. Good thing we did! The patio roof had not been done correctly, and there were several other issues with our new home's roof area. Thankfully, Paul and his crew were able to demolish the unpermitted roof and make all the necessary repairs. I was super stressed about calling for roof repairs. Well all that stressing out was in vain because Paul came to the rescue. We both got on the roof and he explained in detail what needed to be done. He even pointed out other non roof issues that I should address like the crack in my chimney. Wish I had called them first, they're professional, easy to work with and prompt. Les was very compassionate and helpful! I purchased a home and wanted a thorough inspection of the roof (per my inspection recommended). Les came out in two days, completed a thorough inspection with pictures. He applied half the cost of my inspection towards the cost of repairs. He had two VERY HARD workers come out and complete all repairs within 3 days. Upon request, Les came back to confirm all repairs were made properly. He noticed some faulty work some other guys did when I had the asbestos removed AND EVEN had his guys come back and even fix them for me!!! I can sleep comfortably knowing my roof has been well maintained and taken care properly! Les and Cert-A-Roof are the way to go for all of your roof necessities!

I contacted this company after looking at reviews online. I needed a roof certification for a mortgage. I spoke with Les, the owner and arranged for the inspection. Paul came out to the house and inspected the roof and informed me that he could not certify the roof due to it being in poor shape. He showed me photos of the areas he was concerned with and explained that the roof really needed to be replaced. I asked for a quote and he told me he would send the official report and the quote that evening. He followed up as he said. I spoke with him the next day and he indicated that I could probably find a roofing company that would do the job cheaper but would not give the warranty that Cert-A-Roof does. I checked with a few other companies and found that Paul was correct in this. My wife and I made the decision to have Cert-A-Roof do the job. We had a tight timeline and Paul made sure that we met it. The crew that came out to do the job were professional and did their work in a timely and clean manner. They also completed the work one day sooner than projected. They also went above and beyond in the fact that one of the men came back to finish some paint touch he felt he missed. I did not request this. This shows me that this is a company that takes pride in their work and the final result shows that. I have been involved in construction for most of my life and for several years was an ICC Certified construction inspector, so I know good work when I see it. Paul was exceptional. We were in escrow and very few companies are willing to inspect and certify a roof on a home that is in escrow (liability reasons). Paul was extremely professional, responsive, and knowledgable about roofing. Most importantly, he is honest. He will tell you what the roof needs, how much he would charge to do the work, but also that you might be able to shop it around for better pricing. But going with Cert-A-Roof may just be worth slightly higher pricing because they have been in the roofing business for more than just one generation. They really know their stuff and would do quality work that lasts. They follow the regulations and legal codes strictly and don't cut corners. For roofing work, it's not worth the risk of hiring someone who may cut corners.

Paul showed up on time for an inspection, and he was very kind. He explained all the issues, showed pictures, and he was very patient when he was answering our questions. They have sent the report at promised time. Great service at all. Definitely will work with him again.

After reviewing the inspection report of the home my husband I are purchasing, it required further inspection on the roof. My husband and I do not want to move in a home that looks perfect in the inside but can cause us a huge expense in the future.
