Carpet Cleaning Orange

We got a quote of $29.00 a room for steam cleaning. We stressed over the telephone that we only wanted steam cleaning and nothing else. When the technician arrived he said he recommended using chemicals. Again, we said that we only wanted steam cleaning and nothing else at the quoted $29.00 rate. He then said that he would have to charge us 6% for using a Visa credit card which is among the other credit cards listed as welcomed on their page. I spoke to the technician by telephone and when I did not agree with the charges, he hung up on me. I would not recommend this company based on my experience today.
