C & C ROOFING

These guys did very good work at a fair price. The Job took longer than originally planned as they found additional damage. Leo was careful to explain everything he found and what additional work would be required. Bernadette, the office manager, was very good about keeping me informed.

Really good experience with C&C Roofing. Asked for, and received a bid without waiting for weeks. Scheduled the job, they were on the job when they said they would. Repairs were done in less than a day. They did a good job with clean up, nothing left. Highly recommended!

This company welcomes small roofing repairs which isn?t common with most roofing companies---who try to push buying a new roof. The weather the last few months has been more windy and rainy than it has been here since the 1800?s. Today they completed repairs on my roof. They replaced some tin shingles and wood shakes, tightened places in the ?ridge?, and they inspected all the pipes going thru the roof. They sealed the necessary pipes. For example exhaust, air-conditioning, cable, chimney, etc. It?s a small company, they?re licensed, very professional and very friendly. They?re located in Orange, Ca (Orange County). They accept work in the southern area of LA County throughout Orange County.

I met Leo from C & C at my home for an estimate on resolving the leaks at the point where the patio meets the slope of roof. He was early and had already started looking things over. He was very detailed in his explanation on what needed to be done and I was impressed with his expertise in roofing. The bid was reasonable and within my budget for the job. The job took two days which is what they said it would take. In the process they discovered the real reason for most of the leaks which was shoddy workmanship by the previous roofer. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the final price. I found John and Leo to be very honest and personable as well, as very knowledgeable about roofing. I would highly recommend C&C to my friends and family.

THIS IS THE THIRD TIME WE HAVE CALLED THIS COMPANY TO REPAIR A ROOF LEAK. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PROMPT AND COURTEOUS WHILE MAKING THE APPOINTMENT AND WHILE SERVICING OUR ROOFING PROBLEMS. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS AND WOULD DEFINITELY REHIRE.
