It was my lucky day. Brian was available within 30 min and completed the job at a very reasonable price. The work was performed in a timely and thorough manner. I have spent the 30 days investigating service providers. Brian was one of the few with a CA contractors license with evidence of insured (liability and workers comp) and bonded. And he had no issue with me having a dryer exhaust booster fan. I highly recommend Easy Air.

Brian came by and troubleshot the erroneous fan installation promptly.

He did a great job and really clean my vent.

Brian arrived on time and patiently explained to us the complete process and what and why he would be doing certain steps. He did an excellent job working to clean the dryer duct, which was blocked. He was very courteous and he reassured us that the process would work and it did. We would definitely recommend him to our friends and neighbors and to anyone who needs duct cleaning.

This was the perfect contractor experience. Brian was on time, personable, and obviously experienced since he installed my Wifi thermostat when three other places I called either blew me off or would not do a wifi installation. Also, a very nice handyman who did other work for me tried to install it but could not make it work. Sok I was worried he would encounter problems, but he did the installation quickly, noting that he did not need the jumper provided by Ecobee since the furnace installer had left a fifth wire he could use. (So, he obviously knew what he was doing). He provided me with the code from the thermostat so I could set it up on my phone app. AND...he did all of this remotely while I was in a another state! Finally, what he wanted to charge was only the standard fee I would expect for an HVAC home visit. I could hardly believe it. You better believe his number is saved in my home for any future HVAC needs. Fantastic!

Brian described how he would clear the dryer trap. As Brian began to work he showed me what 20+ years of li t buildup looks like. He also discussed the obvious with me. I had a real fire hazard! Upon completion of the job Brian showed me before and after pictures. What a difference!
