Bob's Shade & Linoleum

WE visited, told them what we needed and the salesman showed us several options, made recommendations and got on the phone with three suppliers to find out if they could do the special cutouts we needed to fit the bottom of the blind to some tile work that wrapped into the bottom edge of the window opening. It helps if you a) have a pretty good idea of what you want and, b) are willing to pay for quality that's far superior to what you'll get at Home Depot. We ordered that day and the blind arrived within the promised time (about 2 weeks). We installed it ourselves, so our interaction with Bob's was the purchase and pickup.

The experience was fine. It is located close to me and we got a remnant from him. He had an installer put it in. Everyone did a good job and I was very happy with it. They have a minimum so if the job was bigger the cost would have been a little more affordable for me. I plan to continue using them in the future.

It was a pretty big job and their price was competitive. They cut a design into the flooring and did it very well. They were reliable and professional. Their estimate was laid out very well and I knew exactly what I was paying for.

The negotiation that was dealing with the customers was great. The walk through was very good. The bid was very easy to read and broken down in a very organized manner. They were prompt and his installers were excellent. They finished the job early.

THEY EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF MATERIAL WE COULD HAVE AND DESIGNS. THEY DID THEIR JOB. THEY MET THE DEADLINES THEY SET FOR WHEN IT WOULD BE MADE AND INSTALLED. THE SHADES LOOK NICE. I THINK THE SALESMAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. IT'S A CASUAL SHOP. YOU SHOULDN'T JUDGE ON FIRST APPEARANCES. I STILL THINK THEY'RE PROFESSIONAL.
