 + -1 moreAt first it looked great... then within 5 days there were many holes and pockets that appeared in the asphalt (power steering wheel divots). Beach Paving admitted that they should have waited longer to apply the slurry seal. At least, to their credit they returned to make repairs but NOW my lot has patches where they fixed it. I was extremely disappointed.. Also, I had asked them to work on weekends as I had tenants but was only accommodated for one weekend day.
Description of Work: Repave a parking lot by laying down asphalt and slurry seal
