Barry was very professional from the first phone call. Showed up on time and completed the job on time. Very friendly and outgoing. Did excellent work for a very reasonable price. I would recommend him to my best friends.

I gave him a call to get a quote. Barry came out the next day to give me a quote in person. His price was very good, and he was kind and very friendly. He told me he would come back on Sunday at 8:00am to do the work. It would take aprox 3 hours. On Sunday, he showed up on time, did the job, was fast, clean, and friendly. He advised me on how long to wait for paining (3 days), and told me if there were any issues to give him a call. I have already given his card to 2 other co-workers. If you need drywall, please give him a call and he will do a great job for you!! Mark.

Barry was wonderful to work with. He was punctual, professional and trustworthy. He showed up at the exact time he said he would, tapped off everything so that the dust was contained to the exact areas in which he was working, and did an immaculate job. I cannot tell where Barry's patchwork begins and the old wall begins. I worked with a different drywall vendor at the beginning of my remodel, and Barry's workmanship blows the other guy out of the water!

Barry did a great job. He was very accommodating with my early morning start time and was overall a true professional. Highly recommended.

Barry was very prompt in returning my original call. When he came for the estimate, he was very honest in what can be fixed and what would be difficult. I had a bedroom that had a wall painted over wallpaper and it was starting to bubble. He told me what he can and can't do and I felt comfortable with his assessment. He arrived on time and worked through the day and left the rooms clean and did a great job. I was happy with the results and would definitely recommend him.

Barry and his helper finished preping the walls, which needed it. He suggested textures that would match, sprayed them, cleaned up and was done in the timeframe he estimated. The results are fantastic and so is the price. I will definitely use him again.

Barry and Pedro are expert, experienced drywallers. They are incredibly good and left the area cleaned up, and took our ripped out drywall to the dump. Thanks, again, Barry for the help! This our third time using Barry and we are always completely satisfied with the results.

Barry assured me he could cover up all my mistakes and the end result would look as good as any room inside my house. I have to say that my garage now looks better than any room inside my house. Barry told be it could take up to three days, yet he finished in two. I had a lot of junk in my garage for him to work around and Barry finished the job and left no mess. I singed up for Angies List last year and finding Barry was worth the subscription.

They came, did their work and left. I have not painted the areas yet but they look like they will not be visable.

Barry did an amazing job from start to finish. The quality of his work was better than our expectations and his price was very competitive to other bids. He also made several recommendations which improved the project significantly. Our job was also completed ahead of schedule. I would definitely use him for all my future drywall needs.

Barry was punctual and courteous and has a lot of good reviews on this site, so I felt confident in hiring him. When I first called I left voice mail for him. He called back and left voice mail for me saying he was booked up, but offered to give me a referral if I called him back. I did, left another VM which he returned and we actually spoke this time. He agreed to come look at the job. When he came to the house he said he could fit it in. He gave me a quote of $400 for the bathroom and $1400 for the rest of it ($1800 total). I asked for it in writing and he said he was old school and doesn't do written quotes. This should have been a big red flag to me, but I have had good dealings with several other contractors lately and felt confident Barry was on the level, so I agreed. My mistake. When the job was complete he wanted $400 for the bathroom and $1800 for the other, totaling $2200. He was adamant this was the amount we had agreed on. I ended up paying it but let him know I felt it was unprofessional and that I was paying under protest. I feel as though I was suckered. I will not hire him again, with or without a written quote or contract. It serves as a reminder that I broke a cardinal rule of hiring someone to do work for you: always get it in writing.

Barry has worked in our home before, so we already experienced his great work. We called Barry during the beginning of our bathroom remodel. We were doing the majority of the work ourselves and weren't sure when the drywall needed to be completed. Barry advised us to complete all other work and have him come in at the end. He was right on! We completed a complete demo of our bathroom, tiled the floor and shower with new tile and replaced a large light in the ceiling. Barry came in and repaired/replaced the drywall. He also sprayed the entire room to assure a smooth appearance between new drywall and the old. The bathroom looks great!

Barry arrived on time and provided excellent work for the agreed upon price. The work consisted of patching 8 holes in lath and plaster in an Sand S built home, after a copper plumbing repipe job. Some of the patches were as large as 2 ft x 3ft, but these presented no problem, and the finish surface was excellent, with no evidence of plaster patching in any of the 8 areas inside the house. While Barry worked inside the house, his co-worker patched several areas in the garage damaged by a leak in the hot water heater. I have hired Barry once again to patch other plaster areas before painting the interior so I have no problem recommending him.

Barry has set a new bar for professionalism, courtesy, and customer service. In calling Barry for the first time, he was prompt, attentive, and responsive in his trip over and in providing an accurate and VERY reasonable quote to fix our drywall. When we were ready to proceed with our fixes, he was extremely flexible with his timing and was gracious enough to accommodate us in coming before the scheduled arrival of our painters. In addition, he finished promptly and honored his original quote in spite of several additional fixes he performed that was not included in the original estimate. I will definitely be keeping Barry in my rolodex for the future as I’ve also passed his name and work onto my Realtor, too!

Barry is a real pro. He gave us a good price to completely reinstall drywall in our back room, and worked all day without a break, finished the entire room plus alcove in one day. He also corrected the mistakes made by the window installers free of charge. He's a bit hard to reach on the phone and he did flake out on another project I had him bid on, but no worries...all's well. I'd go with him again.

He did a great job. He arrived with a partner. They started at 8:00 AM and finished by 11:30 AM.

Mr Manes set the standard for professionalism. He was punctual, neat, and very able. He worked quickly and looked for extra things to do so we would really get our money's worth. This is the sort of home repair you hope for, but so rarely find.

Called us back on a weekend to say he could look at the job on Monday and had it a four foot hole patched in just a few hours. Response time was excellent. Barry is very personable. We were in dire need of it patched before we installed our new washer and dryer and the laundry was piling up! My husband had injured his knee in a softball game and couldn't do it himself. Barry and his assistant saved the day. Thank you, Barry.

Barry was instrumental in completing this project. He met with the electrician prior to starting the job and advised a few changes. Barry came in on-time and completed the job as described. As messy as drywall can be, especially on ceilings, the clean-up was minimal on our part.
