In my opinion, the owner is unprofessional and didn't seem to like to be questioned. I would never use this company again nor advise anybody else to either.
Description of Work: They attempted to put on scratch coat and brown coat on a whole house remodel. When they got to the brown coat, it was put on unevenly and the crew seemed hurried to go home and watch a televised fight. When winter time came, all the windows leaked on one side of the house. I brought this to the owner's attention and he refused to fix their mistakes. I asked for an adjustment of my bill, and before I realized the extent of the leaking windows, I agreed to $5000. If I would have known the windows were leaking at the time of the adjustment, I would have asked for a larger adjustment. The approximate I included is from memory and did not include the adjustment.

VERY THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS, FROM THE PERSON WHO GAVE US THE QUOTE TO THE WORKERS THAT ACTUALLY DID THE WORK. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WAS EXTREMELY PLEASANT AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
Description of Work: REMOVED OLD PLASTER FROM EXTERIOR OF HOME AND APPLIED WHAT IS CALLED 'SMOOTH COAT'. THIS TYPE OF PLASTER IS ALSO PIGMENTED (TO OUR SPECIFICATIONS) SO WE'LL NEVER AGAIN HAVE TO PAINT.
