I am very happy with the look of my removable 5ft brown mesh fence in my single home) rental property. I never got one before when I lived there because I thought it would look ugly, but it looks fine. I can still see details of my landscaping through the mesh and it doesn't feel enclosing as I thought it would in my limited space. I looked up all the different companies and learned all the differences between the fences. I can even identify them now just by looking at the gate/pole. I drove myself crazy (and Mike the sales rep) trying to figure out which is the best (due to my concern for liability). In the end, I still didn't know because each said theirs is the best because of a certain distinguising characteristic (ie, quad/Y/fiberglass/metal rod insert/twin I beam pole or the U shape gate etc). I just went with All Safe Pool because they seem to be known/stable in Orange County. (A couple of pool service companies mentioned All Safe though they couldn't really say how durable their fences are because they themselves dont know the differences between the fences.) I had 3 different estimates. They weren't the least expensive (actually ~$300 more than the least), but they were very professional, punctual, and cleaned after themselves when they left my property. Only time will tell how durable it is..

I submitted an email online and they got back to me the same day. They sent out a representative to meet with me and it was literally all done in a day. The follow up was great and they let me know someone was coming. Customer service was great. When I had finally decided recently that I needed to get this done I realized I couldn't find the quote and they emailed me the quote and obviously still stands. We are more than happy to take care of this for year. She emailed me a PDF of the original quote and said whenever you are ready. The original representative called me the next day to check in and say he had a call from the office that I was inquiring and he wanted to know if I had anymore questions. Their customer service is great. I am going to go ahead and use them. I researched other things and it just seems that they are what we need.

The price was reasonable and they did a good job. They were professional.

They did a quick estimate and then came back and installed it within a couple hours. It is still operating and working fine. This also lowered the cost of our homeowners so this can be thought of a good investment. You can not put a price on your child's life. The quality is good but I do wish there was more tension on the net. They were thorough. Everything with the estimate was understandable, concise and straight to the point. They showed up on time. The project took less time then they estimated. You could hang out with them, talk to them, and ask questions.

Called 2 companies and they responded promptly. We got the highest quality removable pool fence they sell, and the work was completed the next day. The cost was lower because our fence did not have to go all the way around the pool due to existing walls/fences. I highly recommend them.

I'm so happy with my new pool fence! I had several companies out to give me an estimate on a fence around our swimming pool. Mike came out and explained the whole process to me, he was really thorough and answered all my questions. His quote came in just slightly higher then the other quotes but he price matched and came down for us! They fit us in just a few days later. 2 guys came out to do the install, they were fast, professional and did a great job! I did not want a fence blocking our beautiful view but had to put one up as I have a 17 month old daughter. The fence looks awesome! I couldn't be happier and it does not diminish my view! I'm really happy with All Safe and would definitely refer them to others! Thanks All Safe!

We had a great experience with All-Safe pools. We recently had a pool safety net installed. The salesperson who helped me choose the net was informative and friendly. The technicians did a great job installing the net. They were on-time and efficient. They were really good about tidying up the yard afterwards, too. Yesterday, I needed some help removing the net because I forgot how to do it, and I called the office and the person on the phone was helpful and explained the process very clearly. The pool looks very nice...it blends in with the yard well which is important because the pool takes up most of our backyard. It is very sturdy and well-made. I feel that 14 month old son is much safer with the pool secured. All around great job!

They came in to give us a quote for the pool, and we went with them and scheduled for installation. On the day of the installation though the installers came in with a different quote for a different pool with a higher price. I was a bit put off by this but after some calls and making copies of my original quote, everything else went without a hitch. Install took around 3 to 4 hours and the finished product looks really nice.

The response to my inquiry was quick with a representative coming to my house to show the options as to materials, including color and size of netting, color and structure of the poles used.. He took measurements and provided an estimate. After acceptance of the estimate, the representative returned to take final measurements with any changes we might want and scheduled construction for the following day. Starting early in the morming, All Safe owner, Chris Morrow and an assistant, began work and had the whole installation completed in three hours. The fence is very attractive, minimally intrusive and extremely secure. I'm very pleased with All Safe and can relax and enjoy my ew home knowing that my children and their friends will be safe in our back yard.

We had a black mesh fence installed. The quote process was easy and they were very informative and explained all our options. On the installation day they arrived on time and installed the fence quickly and without fuss. So far we have been impressed with the fence and the ease of use.

They did a great job. I love them. Their price was very reasonable. It's a owner operated company. He came and gave me a bid. He told me when they would come. They came and did their job. they did a really good job. I would recommend them. I would use them in the future.

AllSafe was great. They returned all our calls right away, everyone we dealt with was polite and professional, and they came on time both times they came out to our house, first for the estimate and later for the installation. After their estimate, it was easy to schedule installation for the following week. Their team took about two hours to install the net itself, which involved drilling screws into the cement around our pool and then putting on the net. They were friendly and easy to deal with during the installation. They also took time to walk us through using the net (putting it on and taking it off) several times until we were confident we had the hang of it. Our pool is small and situated oddly in our yard, among giant, cavelike rocks. This meant that it was basically impossible to install a fence, which we considered a must with a small child in the house. The AllSafe net seemed like the perfect solution for our pool, and we've been very happy with it. It's easy to remove and replace when we use the pool, though it does take about ten minutes each time. That's the price we pay for safety, I suppose. We found two companies that install these kinds of nets - AllSafe and Katchakid. Both companies were professional to deal with, and their estimates were comparable. The products also seemed to be comparable. Choosing AllSafe was a bit of a coin toss as they had both been good to deal with in getting estimates. We've had the product for a month, and it's working out great. We would definitely recommend AllSafe.

They showed up on time. Did a great job installing the fence. They showed me how to operate and adjust the gate.

They were very fast. They were also able to give me an estimate on the spot, which was nice. They were pretty good about explaining options.

Professional and friendly sales guy (Michael) came out from All Safe on 7/2/10. He arrived at the specified time and called to let me know he was 15 minutes away. Measured and gave me an estimate. The entire process took less than 30 minutes. I received a few other quotes from some other companies, but I preferred All Safe because their quality seemed higher, they are based and manufacture their product locally (Orange, CA) and they back their product with a lifetime warranty. Two polite, English-speaking gentleman showed up at 7:50, right on time. Since this was a fairly small project installation took less than 90 minutes. After they were done installing, they gave me a very thorough walk through on how to use the fence/gate. They even showed me how to adjust it if need be in the future. I would definitely recommend All-Safe and plan on using them in the future.

We removed our old concrete deck and replaced it with a larger paver patio and deck. This changed the layout of the removeable safety fence around the pool. Our original safety fence was only one year old, so we asked if the guys from All-Safe could come and reconfigure our old fence to fit it in the new space. We thought we knew what we wanted in the layout, but the guys who came to do the installation suggested a few changes that have really improved the look and function of the fence. We are really happy with the outcome. The crew arrived on the date that was scheduled, and on time. They completed the job in a day, and cleaned up after themselves. The entire process was pleasant and painless.

The men arrived on time and were very professional. They went over the layout for the fence and gave suggestions as they worked. They were very nice and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company.

Called and made an appointment to get an estimate for a fence for our new home. Sales guy came out the next day and tried to give us a full sales spiel but we didn't need it since we had gotten a quote with them in our previous home we were moving from (we had gone with another company). Since we had gone with a different company on our other home and had not been totally pleased with the quality, we decided to go with All Safe. Our previous fence was not powder coated and started to peel after only two years. Also, there was some sagging in the fence as well. We told the guy that he definitely wasn't the cheapest out there, but that the quality did seem better. He called up the scheduling department and got us an installation the very next morning! The guys that came out to do the job were very nice and super professional. The whole experience was a good one...definitely recommend this company!

THE REPRESENTATIVE ACTUALLY CAME OUT TWICE BECAUSE WE COULD NOT MAKE UP OUR MIND ON THE DESIGN. WE REALLY LIKE THE FENCE AND WOULD GO WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

THE sPRING LOADED GATE WORKS WELL, AND WAS WORTH A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS FOR PEACE OF MIND. THERE WAS A SLIGHT PROBLEM WITH THE INITIAL INSTALLATION, BUT WHEN WE POINTED IT OUT TO THEM, THEY WERE BACK WITHIN A WEEK TO FIX IT.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY POOL FENCE. IT NOT ONLY LOOKS NICE BUT IT GIVES ME PEACE OF MIND WHEN MY CHILDREN ARE IN THE BACKYARD. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND DID NOT PRESSURE SELL. MY FENCE IS WORKING GREAT.
