All Proof Decks

I thought I had submitted a review on this already, but did not. That's why this review is 2 years later. Deck is still looking good & wearing well so far.

Ito was fantastic. He knew exactly what he was doing. His team was great: professional, friendly, informative. I love this family owned business and I would use him again and again.

This was the best experience I have had with a contractor. When we met for the estimate, Ido was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. We talked about the fact that my glass railing was dangerously loose due to dry-rot. Ido said all the glass railings would need to be removed to repair the rotted wood below them. He assured me that removing and replacing the glass panels was no problem. the bid included replacing all dry-rotted wood as necessary. When they started the job they found the previous contractor used 1/2" plywood. I was told that they had to replace all the rotted 1/2" plywood with 3/4". In the end they did but didn't charge any extra, the price I paid was exactly what Ido bid. I had another deck contractor bid the job the day after all proof decks. I was told by him his bid would include all new glass panels for the railing because they would all break. He also said the cost to repair the deck will be about as much as new glass for my railing. Three days after our appointment I had not received the bid so I decided to go with All Proof Decks. That was the best decision I could have made. I never got the bid from the other contractor. The deck looks awesome and my railing is solid. Not one glass panel was broken! The job was completed in the exact time estimated. I would recommend All Proof Decks.

The end result looked great and we are confident it will remain that way. We were very pleased with their work and will absolutely hire them again.
