Broke two sprinkler pipes and did not report it. Found flooding next day when water was back in. Also did not grind down the stump below ground. Instead they piled up shavings on top and made a large mound of dirt and shavings to cover up. They were very nice but the job was not complete as specified and damage was not repaired nor checked.

Art came out on a Saturday morning, I was just looking for some quotes. He gave a great price and said he could get his crew at my house within a couple hours that same day. I said "Let's do it!" Art had one crew show up and get started and had a second crew arrive shortly after. I had Three Chinese Elms, I needed two heavy trimmed, and one was dead and needed removal down to stump. They did a great job. I might add, these three trees were between our house and our neighbors with a narrow driveway. The dead one overhung large limbs over my neighbors roof. My initial concerns were how these trees could be worked on without any property damage on either side. They took away all my concerns and were professionals. They got the job done quickly and had rigging's that lowered every branch to the driveway without touching either house. They were done and cleaned up in about 3 hours. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them!

it was on time service and the price was way better than the other 2 quotes I received. the only bad thing was that they accidentally broke two of my pots in front of me and did not tell me that my aging wooden porch had fallin through after someone stepped on it. I understand why it broke but not that they didn't tell me.. But, all in all they did really good work at a very good price. I will use them again and just move my pots first.

A & M Tree Specialist is an outstanding tree service. Art arrived the same day to provide an estimate to trim 4 trees, including two that are very large. He identified all of my trees by name and conveyed considerable knowledge on how to properly trim without damaging or killing parts of the trees (something that was done last year by a different company). The 4-man crew arrived the next day at the agreed time, and did an outstanding job. I usually have my trees trimmed once per year in August, but this is the first time I have been totally satisfied with the quality of the work done. I highly recommend A & M and definitely will hire them again next year.
