+ -1 moreScott was the technician. He was pleasant, professional, timely, overall did a great job. I rec'd a timeframe as to when he would be there, and he called when he was on his way. When I received the price on the phone, ie., service call charge, and how many deadbolts I needed changed, he quoted me accordingly. The only I didn't know is that a double key sided deadbolt has 2 cyclinders so I was charged for 2 deadbolts on one of the doors, when I expecting a price for 1. I know better now to ask. Loved the new keys, they are the sturdiest keys I have ever seen. Not like the keys you get duplicated at hardware stores.
Description of Work: Re=keyed deadbolt locks on 2 doors.

+ -1 moreWent in to get extra house keys made. They had a good selection of decorative keys available. One of my originals was worn, so they made a new one at no charge. Have always had a good relationship with the folks there. They do good work and are very friendly.
