+ 0 moreStarted off great. Frank came out in person (the only company that actually did that) and gave me a quote onsite. Once I agreed to hire them I set up an appointment for 8am on a friday. They didn't show. I called the number on the business card that I was given. It went to a voicemail that was not set up so I could not leave a message. I called the office number that I got from their website. Talked to a man that would look into it and call me back. Never did, and subsequent calls to that number go to a voicemail that is full so I cannot leave a message. I find their number listed on Angie's list, and it goes to a voicemail that is full so I cannot leave a message... see the pattern? They are now an hour and a half past the appointment time, I took the day off of work for this, and I still have a stump that needs to come out.
