 + -1 moreI found this company on Yelp, and I am more than happy to hire them to treat wood termite for my house. The owner Chris did a very good job at a very reasonable price. Tenting the house went smoothly as scheduled. No delay. Good service and customer relationship. I strongly recommend him.

 + -1 moreChris Lee worked with me to perform a termite inspection and fumigation on my specific schedule. Unlike numerous other termite companies that declined service, Chris came through and was able to find a crew to fumigate my home within a very specific date range. He (and his crew) arrived on time (slightly early, actually) for all scheduled appointments and was very courteous, which made me feel at ease. I also referred him to a colleague of mine, which had services performed on his home as well, also within a very specific date range. He answered all the questions I had and was very prompt in responding to those. I've been recommending his services to other colleagues who may need services done.

Description of Work: Their workers are very efficient and very friendly. They opened my roof, took down rain gutter, removed damaged sheathings and rafters, fixed everything, restored everything in just one day. They found in my tool shed the right paints for my roof rafter and patio sheathing without my help. (I was not sure if I have the paints or not) They also replaced broken tiles for me and sealed loose tiles without extra charge. | | One more thing : After reading Mr. Lee's inspection report and estimation, I found in my garage two more studs with termite droppings, hidden behind furniture and boxes. I talked to him about this. He was very specific in explaining conditions of possible extra charges. He is straightforward and helpful. I like the way he does business.
