 + -1 moreI use them to call overseas to friends in the Philippines and it is only $30.00 a month. Not the best in quality but great in price.

 + -1 moreTheir cost is much more reasonable than ATand T, their service is good and all long distance calls are free, including a lot of international calls. I have been able to keep the same phone number for about 40 years.

Description of Work: Giving them all F's cause was the way the guy handled the disconnection call. They deserve the low rating. Had Vonage since 2009. Would call every once in awhile for a new program. NO I was told.So when I had enough they offer me the Magic Jack rate of $9.95. (I'm paying $9.95 per year with MJ but whatever)This was after they run magic jack down & try to scare me. Too little too late I told him. Have had MJ for a couple weeks & notice no change. Of course now they tell me I get a month free eye rolls of Vonage. When I signed with Vonage they told me you need to return the modem. It'll cost you if you don't. So the clown tells me return it or not. He was suppose to send me an address & of course he didn't. Now I'm waiting for them to have the audicity to bill me for the modem.

 + -1 moreWe haven't needed them to come out here to look at anything since we had it installed, so it's been a while since they came out on a service visit. They're reliable, and I've never had any problems with the service. I'm happy with them. I've talked to them on the phone, and they're fine. I don't think we're indentured to them anymore, but we will continue to use them.

cell phone service
 + -1 moreFor the international call it is not so bad. I can call any day. The service is good. We sometimes have to call them when I dial long distance and nobody answers. It is only one minute and when I exceed that one minute they have to charge me. We have to call them and they adjust the bill, so they do well.
Description of Work: We use Vonage Kiosk for our phone and internet service. We have been using them for two and a half years.

Description of Work: We have had Vonage since 12/08. The service has never been good. So, we got another service. Vonage now advises us that there is a 126.00 termination fee, in the fine print, which we had not known about. We disagreed, and while we were trying to resolve the issue Vonage took the $126.00 out of my checking acct, causing a check to bounce for another $35.00. I have spent over an hour trying to get this resolved. Vonage has finally agreed to return the money but the bank may still bounce my check. I would read all the fine print if you do business with Vonage.
