+ 0 moreThey have a rat guy. We were very satisfied. Hopefully we won't get rats anymore. We thought the price was kind of high but we were very happy to have it done. We would absolutely use them again.
Description of Work: We used Total Exterminating for rats. We use them all the time for bugs. He got rid of the rats. He set traps and removed them. He also found where they were coming in and he put in strong steel mesh that the rats can't eat through.

+ -1 moreNow, they will do inside and I did have that done when I first moved here. I just needed them this time outside because of this cricket problem. Our neighborhood has this terrible problem, and I hate to do it, but if I don't, the crickets will begin to take over. Total comes out four times a year and they seem to control my problem. They were very good the last time they were here. They did things as they always have. I do pay them every time they come out and it is not bad. The company and the owner are great. If you have any concerns or problems, they will try to please you. My mom has used them for decades and they are very nice.
Description of Work: I had the outside of my 1600 square foot home treated for a terrible cricket problem I was having. Total Exterminating provided this service for me.

+ -1 moreTHEY'RE A GOOD COMPANY. WE USED TO HAVE A DIFFERENT COMPANY, BUT WE SWITCHED. WE USED TO HAVE ANTS IN OUR HOUSE A LOT MORE THAN WE DO NOW. THEY'VE BEEN REALLY GOOD. THEY KEEP THE BUGS OUT OF YOUR HOUSE, WHATEVER THEY DO. IT DOESN'T SMELL WHEN THEY LEAVE. IT WORKS.
Description of Work: THEY SPRAYED QUARTERLY FOR ANTS AND SPIDERS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE AROUND THE WHOLE PERIMETER.
