+ 0 moreOn time. I had already vacated the unit and just handed the keys to Frank. A trustworthy person. Great clean up. Lots of attention to detail. Even painted the closet rods! Swan has also painted my mother's home (exterior and interior) in the City of Orange. Learned about his work from a neighbor. His price may be a little higher but the peace of mind and dependabilty along with the quality of his work are well worth it.
Description of Work: Painted a one bedroom apartment with high ceilings for move-out. Frank and his crew had done the original paint job as well. From beige to a bright yellow living and kitchen area with a pink bedroom back to basic beige. Due to the underground parking situation it was nice to have a crew that was willing to haul their gear in an elevator..... cheerfully.

+ -1 moreMeticulous and extensive prep work, including thorough caulking, sanding, and patching of holes and cracks. The finished product looked fantastic, due to the prep work. Swan Painting was on the higher end of three paint contract bids, but the quality of their work is remarkable. Would highly recommend.
Description of Work: Complete repainting of home exterior, and interior drywall, ceilings, and exposed framing.
