 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANY CAME IN AND OFFERED A FEW IDEAS ON HOW TO MAKE OUR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM BE MORE EFFICIENT. THEIR SUGGESTIONS WERE MOVING VENTS AND PURCHASING A MORE EFFICIENT COOLING SYSTEM. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.
Description of Work: HE CAME OUT AND TOOK A LOOK AT OUR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM SINCE IT WAS NOT COOLING DOWN OUR HOUSE.

 + -1 moreJONNY SOCKET WAS PROMPT IN KEEPING THE APPOINTMENT TIME, AND THE EMPLOYEES WERE CLEAN IN THEIR WORK. ALL DEBRIS WAS PICKED UP WHEN THE WORK WAS COMPLETE. THE EMPLOYEES CARRIED ALL THE NEEDED PARTS SO THE SERVICE CALL WAS COMPLETE IN ONE TRIP.
Description of Work: JONNY SOCKET INSTALLED A CEILING FAN IN MY DAUGHTER'S ROOM, AND A VENT OVER THE TOP OF MY STOVE.

 + -1 moreJONNY SOCKET EMPLOYEES WERE PROMPT IN SHOWING UP ON THE EMERGENCY CALL. THEY WERE CAREFUL IN REMOVING THE UNIT FROM THE HALL CLOSET NOT TO CAUSE ANY ADDITIONAL DAMAGE. THEY WERE WILLING TO LET US KEEP ALL DAMAGED PARTS FOR THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND EXPLAINED ALL DAMAGE SO WE COULD EXPLAIN TO INS. THEY CLEANED UP ALL DEBRIS AND RETURNED UNIT TO GOOD CONDITION.
Description of Work: JONNY SOCKET REPLACED THE FURNACE AND DRIP PAN FROM HALL AFTER THE DRIP PAN RUSTED THROUGH AND FLOODED THE HOUSE.
