I give them credit for trekking through the LA traffic to get to my job. They called from the road to let me know they were delayed due to traffic. Their first trip was to hopefully repair, but once they determined the damage, they needed to receive authorization to order a new system. They kept me in the loop during the entire first visit. When the unit arrived they came out and installed it quickly and cleanly. Overall, my experience with them was quite lovely.

I would not recommend them to anybody. If I put them on the scale of 1-10, they are -5. I would request to stay away at all cost. They came out and said I have a bad condenser. They said I have a bad motherboard. They told the warranty company I had all these things wrong and told me something different than they told them. Then we got another guy from a different company and he was able to fix the air conditioner. They are horrible. They are scammers and unprofessional. They did not do any work, they just fabricated. I recently bought a home; so I have home warranty policy. I called and said, my air conditioning stopped working last week; so home warranty sends this guy out. He was late in getting here. He showed up with 4 guys. They were very dirty and huge ones. They even brought a kid with them that was like in elementary school. My house just has been professionally cleaned by my housekeeper and I was expecting one guy. Three men and a kid come in with their dirty boots. I had to completely re-clean my house. They climbed up on the attic and they get all their insulation everywhere. The guy said my motherboard is no good and its out. The other guy said my compressor is out. They were going in and out of my house. They lied. They never even went and checked the thermostat. They had an ego turned it on. They never went and checked the air intake. They had me checking it. The other guys, they were just standing in the bathroom. There was one guy with the hands on the wall and the other with his hands all over the counter watching the other guy. The kid was walking around my house and I caught him ran down on my white antique set. It was a nightmare. They were so unprofessional. There was one guy; he seemed to be like under the influence of something. They are the kind of people, I don't want in my home. They were late. Then I called and talked to the home warranty company. They told me they were waiting for the authorization for the warranty company. I found out that was lie because after the day the warranty company said they haven't even called in to report yet. They were lying to both of us and that is not professional. I would have to call them and ask them what was going on. They would say they are waiting for authorization and then lie. Then they send out this other guy yesterday and he was running late; but he did call me twice and explained things that he was stuck on another job. He did get here and he explained what he was doing. He ran the entire test and he found that the coils were freezing up. He changed out few things and cleaned things up. It seemed to be working and I was happy.
