+ -1 moreBuying and selling properties can be difficult. Thankfully Dan’s calm demeanor and knowledge of the industry makes the experience less stressful. Our children were still in elementary school when we sold our starter home and purchased the home our family would remain in for the next seventeen years. All the while Dan kept in touch with us. My husband and I eventually decided to downsize into a condo and we contacted Dan to get the ball rolling on two more transactions. If we ever decide to move out of the area, we know that Dan will represent us once again!
Description of Work: Dan has been our realtor since 1996; guiding us through four transactions over the last twenty years in Rancho Cucamonga.

+ -1 moreDAN is very honest, discipline, and most importantly very sincere person. Not only he helped us get our dream house , also lower the price of the house without even asking for it. He worked really hard to make sure I get good price and there is nothing wrong in the house. He himself checked the house to make sure that we don't have to do any work after we buy the house. He made buying the house like piece of cake. I really don't know proper words to thank him enough for his work. Just salute you DAN. If I ever buy another house, you are the one to go to...
Description of Work: I was struggling to buy house. Couldn't get any of my offer accepted. Also as a first time buyer , most people were confusing me with all the technical terms. Importantly was not honest about many things. It was really really frustrated for us. One of my Friend refer us to DAN. That's when everything start to changing.

Description of Work: Dan Listed at property in Los Angeles, which he sold within3 weeks. He did an outstanding job. I am a former real estate agent and I know how hard it is to sell that type of property that I had. He keeps you posted with his updates. Excellent with paper work.
