After the worst winter in years, my house and a lot of homes were damaged, so finding a good contractor felt hopeless. Luckily I found Lavoie Construction. He is a perfectionist and an artist. Just an overall great guy to work with too. Very trustworthy with my house as well. This work was for new decks as part of an insurance claim. He provided detailed and fair estimates quickly and also found and bid on additional damage my adjuster did not find. My decks look more beautiful and amazing then they ever did before they collapsed.

Lavoie Construction remodeled our cabin from the studs - fixed roof and framing problems, installed 20 windows and new exterior trim, installed wood trim around the interior windows and doors, leveled floors and installed wood flooring throughout, designed and installed a wood stairwell and railing, installed kitchen cabinets, trim and laundry room cabinets. All completed work is beautifully done. Garry Lavoie is an honest, professional, and exceptional master carpenter and general contractor.
