Was to replace the deck and fence from the Nov 2018 campfire. Only replaced bottom part of deck after I brought up (they were just going to replace 4 boards for over $4,000 cost to me, Now the rail is going bad (should have included entire deck for cost). Used bad wood for fence that is full of holes, splits, cracks . I brought to their attention and they replaced only few boards and said would come back. That was several months ago. They tried to bury bottom of fence so eventually it will rot. Posts not cemented in properly. This fence will only last about 5 years tops. Put the gate backwards until I brought to their attention. Overall just did not care enough to do a proper job and seemed more interested in getting my insurance money from camp fire. When brought up I did not want to wait over a month for some repairs the office person got rude. I was a camp fire survivor and this was not a good experience. Since they are "done", I have seen other fences around in area that are much better constructed. I would not recommend them to anyone.
