Description of Work: My backyard was graded, irrigation installed, sod put in, & plants planted in the border. We also had concrete poured, a walkway from the front of the home going around to the back. We had to have Fred come out twice afterwards for problems. The first time he was punctual in completing the repair. However, the second time he was not getting back to me & I had to be persistent. Once he got back to me I explained the problem & he eventually came out to see the problem but didn't get back in touch with me to tell me when the repair would be completed. So again I had to call him. This is when he told me he would charge $60 to fix the problem which was created by his crew. I was so frustrated that I just told him to fix it & I would pay the money. I didn't have much choice cause the leak caused me to have to turn off the irrigation system & the weather was very hot & my plants were suffering so I needed it fixed quickly. I would not have him do any more work for me in the future.

Description of Work: I had the owner come out to give me an estimate on the work. Then I hired him to come out & level backyard, pour concrete, install sprinkler system, install sod, add decorative rock & plants. All work was done to satisfaction, in a timely fashion, and at quoted prices. NO SURPRISES!
