I am very happy with the service Chris provided ...... it is clear that he takes a lot of pride in getting the job done correctly, efficiently, and thoroughly. He willing takes the time to explain what he is doing and why it should be done a certain way.... suggest alternatives if applicable. I would DEFINITELY use Chris / Creico Electric for any future electrical needs that might arise

Chris is terrific. He is knowledgeable and professional. The work went very well. On time, clean, expert!

He was fabulous. I would give him an A+++. He is great. He is a lovely human being. His pricing is very reasonable. He just very friendly and calm. He arrives promptly. He stays in touch if he is going to be a little bit late. He is very courteous and thorough. He is just a kind hearted person. He is just someone you want to have in your house.

NOTE: The ratings provided are solely based on the time it took the provider to call back which was exactly what you would expect from a reputable company-a quick response. However; the professionalism, is generous at best because our needs as potential customers were not considered in their totality before drawing a conclusion. I thought it should be our decision whether or not our job, however big or small, could wait to be started. Also, the contact was on or about the date given because of the time stamp on the printed coupon that was available to Angie's List customers at the time.

Well. Totally professional, knowledgeable and thorough in their work. Unfortunately, they are so busy with large projects, it is hard for them to schedule small jobs. Highly recommend them for wiring or rewiring a house, or commercial projects.

Before deciding to get an electrician, I had considered doing this job myself. I was about to start looking for junction boxes either under the house or in the attic. Luckily, I didn't go with my original plan and decided to have a professional do it. By his troubleshooting and isolation Chris probably saved me hours of going on a wild goose chase, trying to locate something that wasn't needed and would not have fixed the outlets in the room. I'm glad Chris helped me fix this problem.

He did a very nice job. He was very helpful in strategizing spending. He was on time, did what he said he would, and was very tidy.

They did a great job. They were prompt and efficient. The were also cost-effecting.

Chris came out for estimate, nice guy. Estimate was fair; we asked him to do work. He had another job he was completing so we waited a bit for our small project. He kept us informed (so we did not feel forgotten). We also added some work to our projects without asking for additional estimate prior to the work being started. The final price overall was fair and Chris did an exccellent job.

I contacted Chris after searching Angie?s list for a bit, specifically looking for good reviews from the locals, for a local company. I made an appointment, had the situation evaluated, and got an on the spot estimate that fit my impressions of what I was in for. Chris and Creico Electric had my full confidence that they would be able to get the job done (and well) but went with another company based on scheduling.

Amazing, my home is coming together. The lighting adds so much to the ambiance of the place it's just beautiful.

Chris is always on time, he charged me what he siad he would and the work preformed was clean and professional. I have suggested Creico to my parents who just moved here and to many other people. It is a pleasure doing business with Chris and his company.

We were referred by a friend and so we called and talked talked with the company about what we were hoping to do. Creico came out within a couple days and was prepared to do the work right then and there! I know they hold some large clients such as the Camarillo Airport but I still felt like I was being taken care of by a small family business and that my little job mattered to them. Certainly a name you can trust for your jobs big or small.

Creico performed all the work efficiently and professionally. We couldn't have been more pleased with the results of the work that they have performed. Our experience with Creico Electric has been positive every time. The business is run with integrity and they perform all work the same way. We would definitely recommend anyone who needs electrical work to contact Creico Electric. They have the expertise and their pricing is competitive. You will not be disappointed if you call Creico Electric to perform your electrical needs.

They were very pleasant and punctual. Their hourly rates were a bit higher than other electricians, but the general contractor always used them on his jobs. Since we were paying by the hour, I was also concerned at how slowly they worked. High rate AND slow pace makes for an expensive bill. I also noticed that they did things 'half-assed', meaning they didn't want to take the extra time to do it right (i.e. light sconces not at same height). They were very sloppy and left behind a mess wherever they were. But my general contractor assured me that they were the right people and if I wasn't happy they would come back and make it right. A couple years later my tenants complained that a bank of lights had stopped working. I called Creico to come out and fix the problem. They said that they would NOT be coming out because we won a lawsuit against the general contractor that had worked on the remodel. Creico decided to renege on their warranty obligations on previous work performed. Instead of showing integrity and standing behind their work, Creico showed loyalty to the general contractor because of the future work Creico would receive from him. I hired another electrician to look at the problem with the lighting. This electrician discovered that the work done by Creico was substandard and a fire hazard. I have pictures of an electrical junction box that has black scarring around it and the wood is burnt from the heat and sparks. This could have been disastrous. Needless to say, if you want to pay a high hourly rate, for a slow paced electrician, who does a "half-a**" job, while leaving a mess behind for you to clean up, that could possible cause your house to burn down, then Creico is the company you should hire. But if you want competent electricians, who are worth the money you pay, and do a good job, and allows you to sleep at night not worrying about whether your house will burn down, then you should AVOID CREICO.
