ZUNIGA TREE SVC

Very disappointing. They gave me a decent quote and I was willing to give them a try. Made an appointment for two weeks in advance. At the time they were supposed to show up, I got a very unapologetic call from the owner who said they weren't going to be there for another 3 hours. Obviously I was bumped for another job and a 3 hour delay didn't work for me. Then I got a very apologetic call from the sales person Luis, who explained their scheduling failure. Said he would call me back that day or the next to re-schedule. They never called me back, didn't respond to a text. Beware of this company's lack of professionalism.

I contacted and left messages for 5 Angie's List tree removal companies with A ratings. One returned my call and never showed up and the other 4 didn't bother to return my call. I decided to search on Yelp and found Zuniga Tree Service. I called them and Christina had Julio arrive at my house within 15 minutes. Julio brought his stump grinder and had both stumps (and tree) out within 10 minutes. He was very knowledgeable about trees and I will be calling him for other tree-related services and referring him out to other people. Last Zuniga Tree Service is licensed, insured, and bonded.
