Eric Acosta (Window Screen Doctor) came to the house for an estimate and was able to perform the work the same day. I thought we'd have to replace the whole sliding screen door, but instead he was able to replace just the screen and wheels (otherwise he would have custom built the whole screen door). The work was very high quality - absolutely flawless and less expensive than I was expecting. The job was done very efficiently. Months later I'm still amazed at how well the door works. We had endured years of the whole door falling out of the track frequently and always having to use both hands to open and shut it. My only regret is not hiring him sooner. He also replaced a window screen on the same day.

He did a great job! He showed up when he said he would, did the work, and showed up again to install the screens just like he said he would! He is very personable and nice and I would highly recommend him. Making and keeping appointments and being on time are important to me...Eric was spot on!

We called Eric Acosta. the owner, who came to our home at the appointed time. He carefully and thoroughly presented several options to us and helped us find a cost-effective solution. Eric installed the replacement door and made sure it fit perfectly before cleaning up.

Eric (Owner) arrived the same day I called. He explained without pressure the benefits and drawbacks to original screen doors and upgraded doors. He was spot on with everything he said, and delivered exactly as promised. This man knows the value of customer service.

He was punctual. The first visit, he measured and gave me the estimate and collected 1/2 as a deposit for the screen door. He disclosed a potential problem with the screen door fit before arriving to install it so that I could decide if I wanted to continue with the product. Easy to work with, no pressure to upgrade. He even repaired a third screen without charge!
