Description of Work: My furnace was running sometimes and not running sometimes. When it did not run, it would start, run for less than a minute, then stop. When it did run, it would run until the thermostat setting was reached, then shut down. It would not run again until it was turned off for several hours. Denzil was called to my location by Thompson & Heating. He was very professional and polite, explaining what he thought was the problem, in English, so that even a senior client like myself could understand the problem. At no time did I feel like I was being snowed. We need more service men like Mr. Troxell. I thank Thomas & Heating for having an excellent person like him on their staff. Ken M. Forest Park Ohio

Description of Work: Andy M. was efficient, pleasant, explained his costs and procedures on a very cold December Sunday morning thoroughly -- and even wore special covers on his shoes when he can into the house to service my heat exchanger! I'll call him very time I need help with my system. A very nice person who obviously knows his stuff.
