Description of Work: Repaired Residential AC. This is the second time I have called Thompson's, and I am VERY SATISFIED. Technician arrived on time, and completed the repair the first visit. Cost was fair and better than expected. I will call them again!!!! I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: Upgraded and replaced central HVAC system to high efficacy 4 ton unit. AC runs real nice, using aprox. 30% less electricity. I'm sure the heater this winter will run just as well.

Description of Work: I hired Thompson Heating And Air to replace a faulty control board for a 20+ year-old furnace. Garrett was friendly and professional, and was able to do the repair within a couple of days of my call. The repair cost was reasonable and the diagnostic fee was applied to the cost of the repair. I would use them again and be happy to refer their service to friends.

Description of Work: I picked Thompson Heating and Air Conditioning because they could give me an appointment the next day. I called several other companies and no one would come out as fast as Thompson's did. We were having a heat wave at the time, and I was very impatient. The service guy {Garett } saw that there was a leak, he cleared main drain, charged a.c. with 5 lbs. of refrigerant and, used 1 can of easy seal. Price would have been $375.00 but, I had a coupon from Angie's List that took $56.00 off. Would use this company again!

Description of Work: I had a refrigerator delivered to my house from a major appliance carrier. The contract included delivery and set up. During the set up, I was told that they would not be able to complete the work because the fittings from my water line did not match the refrigerator. They told me that they could not work on this as it could be a liability issue if water damage was done to the floor. They told me that I could go to the appliance department back at their store and buy a kit with the proper fitting. I was not happy with their policy and let them know about it. I then called Thompson's and asked if they could send Mat to my house to fix a problem. Mat arrived immediately after he finished the job he was working on. He came in, analyzed the situation, clearly explained what he would do, and completed the work in less than 10 minutes. In addition, he gave us some great information on how to operator some of the features and how to successfully maintain it. Mat was extraordinarily professional and caring.
