Owner did detailed explanation of the options and pointed out work that would improve the roof's performance. Returned calls and emails extremely timely, better than any company we have encountered. This attribute alone should put them at the top of the ratings. Work crew arrived next morning from contract signing the late afternoon b4. There is a TV advert that touts "Who does that??!!. Well this company did and with luck of the weather, finished in under 3 days. Cosmetic looks great. Obviously no leaks will be the proof of the pudding, but confident that the ways things went, we have no worries. You would be fortunate to have your job done by California Tile Roof Restoration.
