This shed was NOT built to be moved because the subflooring is made of struts of mild steel which bends in a gentle breeze (not really, but it doesn't take much to bend the struts). Road One was naturally very concerned about the integrity of the structure and made sure I understood that it could be damaged. In the end, the only damage was some buckled flooring struts that was caused when the shed was dropped for the turn around. However, it did not hurt the integrity of the structure. Road One was very professional from beginning to end. They sent a man out to survey the shed before giving a quote. The same guy (who was very nice) accompanying the low-boy driver in loading and moving the shed. When we arrived at the drop off location, another Road One man showed up to help with the unloading. Three guys and three trucks for no extra cost! The shed was being moved for a non-profit organization so Road One gave me a discount. I must confess I don't remember the final cost but it didn't exceed $300 which I thought was a great deal. In the end, Road One just wanted to get the job right and gave me a good price for it. If you have a hard moving job, these are the guys to call.
Description of Work: I hired Road One to move a built-out Tuff Shed from Oceanside to Bonita. This move entailed lifting the shed onto a low-boy (truck with a trailer that tilts and can be slid underneath the shed to pick it up), traveling on the truck through three 14' chainlink fence openings (the shed is 12' wide so there was not much room for error) on at least three different highways and then having to drop the shed twice so it would sit in the right place (because there was only one direction that the truck could pick up the shed, it had to be dropped and then picked up again so it would face the correct direction when finally placed).

The experience was very good. They were really good. They spent a lot of time and effort to get it done right without doing any damage to the shed. The price was very reasonable. I would use them again.
Description of Work: I used Road One to pick up a little house and move it from one area to another. It was a built-out Tuff shed that was 12x14 feet.
