They responded fairly quickly to the initial call regarding a pipe break and followed up diligently until floors and walls were completely dry. They had a couple of their own contractors to come in and replace the pipes, cabinets and dry wall. However, their responsiveness seem to only have been in the beginning of the process. They failed to follow up their own contractors on the timeline and we even had to resort to contacting their sub-contractors directly out of frustration. We have to follow up both Restoration 911 and their contractor(s) ourselves in order to get any type of result/resolution. The owner, Phil, apologized a few times regarding this - however, it did not change the fact that we have already been inconvenienced for more than a few months with uninstalled cabinets, un-replaced floors, undone dry wall for a long time. The company is not very consistent in their performance and timeliness. They were very good in the beginning but unfortunately, essentially became the opposite towards the end of the project. And for these reasons, we will not recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: Initially responded to a water/pipe break incident and responded fairly quickly with the industrial fans etc. However, entire job including dry wall was not completed until 3 whole months later.
