+ -1 moreThey came out great and they are beautiful. The service person that came to give us the estimate was very efficient and answered all of our questions. The garage doors were very high quality and they work very well. We are very happy with them. They were not the lowest price but we went with them because of the quality of their service and the quality of their product.
Description of Work: We used Pristine Garage to replace our wood garage doors.

+ -1 moreI have had lots of work done by many different contractors and trades over the years so I have a lot of experience to compare to. I would have to rate my experience with Pristine Garage as nothing but excellent. The owner, John Wagner came out personally, to do the job. His attention to detail is without compare. He was responsive, on-time, and did everything he said he was going to do. The owner, John Wagner is a small business man, and I was happy to give him the business. He is also very personable and easy to work with. I do not make too many recommendations and I highly recommend Pristine Garage for both epoxy floors and garage door installation. I would even consider inviting him over for a bar-b-que, he was so friendly. I am buying another rental property soon and I plan on having John come out to do the epoxy floor in the garage.
Description of Work: Pristine Garage completed an epoxy floor with almond granite finish on my 2 car garage in home built in 1958. The garage floor was oil-stained and had cracks running thru it. They performed a 5 stage process, including surface grind, and crack repair, moisture sealer coat (important), epoxy, full spread with color chips (important), and 2 poly coats (important). I now know how important all of these steps are in the process. After recently having a different company come out to do a three car garage for me on another home, and realizing now how much more work Pristine Garage puts into their work. The previous job was done completely different. Acid wash, epoxy, light spread of chips and only one coat of poly. I was not happy at all with finished result and had to have them come back out to put another coat of poly because of the uneven appearance of the floor. The other company also charged extra for the additional poly coat and extra for UV coating. Pristine garage includes UV protection too. Pristine Garage also installs new garage doors. They installed a steel door for 2 car garage with window inserts manufactured by Wayne Dalton (brand). The attention to detail was excellent and I was completely happy with the new door. They hauled away the old door and cleaned up after themselves.
