+ -1 moreIt is a family oriented business that for us has been successful. We think they are very customer oriented, so they are willing to work with us to solve our problems. We have had good luck with them controlling creatures that come into the house and some pests that are close to the house. We think they have been successful and we would recommend them. We have a contract with them where they come out 9 times a year.

+ -1 moreFamily run business, everyone seems extremely knowledgable regarding all aspects of rodent control as well as other areas. During the visit also provided great background information on controlling fleas.
Description of Work: Set traps in the attic, inspected for potential access points on the roof and installed prevention devices to prevent future access. Visited multiple times to check traps.

+ -1 moreI have used them for 23 years and they are the best. They do what they say they're going to do and they do it when they say they're going to do it. I usually don't even know that they're here. They take care of my problem and I don't have any bugs thanks to them. I plan to continue using them.
Description of Work: We use Pinpoint Pest Control. They come once a month. It costs $40 every other month but it goes to $40 a month during the summer.

+ 0 moreThey are completely family owned and all of the workers are Bill's sons. It is nice to have the same guys everytime. They do a wonderful job.
Description of Work: They come every month and spray for spiders and ants. They also leave us 11 rat baits since we live in a canyon. They come out everytime we have any issue with additional pests or pest removal. They also will check when I have bees forming to see if that is going to be an issue or not.

+ -1 moreBrian was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained exactly what he was doing and why, and sure enough the bees were gone as he predicted and have not returned. I learned more about bees than I ever imagined which was very interesting.

+ -1 moreOutstanding result. I was astonished to reach Bill on his cell phone. He had Brian at our house two hours later, as it was starting to get darker, and Brian took care of the bees within half an hour. This is a real local family business, and it was so refreshing to talk to an expert who knew what to do and could come right out to take care of the problem. I also appreciated their concern about the health of my family, cat, and organic garden, and their selection of the least toxic control methods available. I plan to have them come out during a normal workday and "bee-proof" the house with caulk and hardware cloth. I would call Pinpoint with any pest problems.
Description of Work: Early Saturday evening, I noticed a lot of bees around me that were going into a large wooden box that houses sprinkler valves. The box is right outside the kitchen window and I walk by it all the time - the bees were not there earlier that day. I had called Pinpoint about year ago for phone advice about a different swarm of bees that sat on a log and left a day later. Because their advice then was so helpful, I took a chance on Saturday night and gave them a call. I planned to leave a message to someone could call me back on Monday.
