Description of Work: I have used Excel air for about 6 years. The replaced 2 HVAC systems in my home and have professionally maintained the systems since then. There was a manufacturing defect in one of the units that took a lot of time and expertise to identify. The Excel Air team worked (read fought) with the manufacturer to resolve the problem. They are a wonderful team to work with.

Description of Work: Why ask me? You were the one who recommended them. I wouldn't recommend them at all. The work, the installation, etc., went well, but one worker took me aside and recommended further work to eliminate an asbestos situation on an exhaust pipe that extended from the furnace to the roof. When he asked to inspect the attic and being informed that the attic was accessible only from the condo unit next door, he dropped the matter. | |I would recommend this company provided that the man who recommended the additional work and who did the follow-up paperwork be counseled. Bu†, no, it was an unpleasant experience for me because of him.

Description of Work: Either a big ripoff or have no clue what they are doing. Told us that we had to replace the whole system and it couldn't be repaired. Estimate was $11,000. We called Anderson Plumbing and Heating after. They charged us $500 and fixed the problem within 30 minutes and it's working perfectly.
