Honest service. We thought we were going to have to replace both units, but a simple repair should get us another five years of use. We received plenty off good advice.

It was okay and a quick service. There was no problem. I would not use them again.

Explained above. I paid for two coupons as I had an air conditioner upstairs and one downstairs. My upstairs air conditioner was running great. My downstairs air conditioner did not seem to get as cold as I wanted..First he told me I had an electrical problem and needed a circuit board. That's interesting I repled ,I just had a new one put in a few months ago.. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed a certain part to be replaced. As I asked more questions ,he changed his mind. Now ,I actually needed a brand new air conditioner. I told him I was selling the house and was not interested in buying a new air condtioner. He then decided it actually could be some other part that needed to be replaced.He would do the work tomorrow for 350 dollars approximately. He came back the next day and made me really uncomfortable. He walked in the house without me knowing and startled me as he stood right behind me at the sink. I did not know he was there. I screamed. He thought this was funny. I asked him if he would be done today. He wasn't sure. I paid extra to have the high end Hepa filters installed and he snuck in the cheap green ones that he cut in half. Again ,he said he would have to come back the next day. I called my boyfriend to be here ,as I wasn't feeling safe here alone. My boyfriend opedned the door and all of a sudden it was yes sir,no sir. And he got out of here fast. Well I just turned the air conditioning on the down stairs and it doesn't work at all. They ripped me off ,wasted my time, sold me things I didn't need and now I have no air conditioning.P;ease let me know how to follow up on this and get my money back. Now, I have to call out another air conditioning repair man and pay again. I am extremely disappointed all the way around. Take this company off your site. Please advise as to my recourse on this. he said since we were in a newer home that everything was working well. replaced the filters with washable ones. we've been in the home 7 years

I would just give them a "fair" because I have had a really big window air conditioning unit, it's like an industrial size. The guy didn't act like it was anything to really take care of. I had to ask him to clean it. I wasn't impressed at all with their service. If someone was to ask me about them, The special was fine. That was why I called them and was willing to give them a chance. Even though they didn't have to do as much with mine as they advertise, I thought at least he would take some time and do something. He had a joke for my air conditioner; he called it a window "something" and was not taking it seriously. He was punctual as far as I remember. I don't remember him being late or anything. I'm disappointed because maybe I was expecting something different. At least I was hoping he would explain a little to me about what it needs or does not need.. He wasn't there ten minutes. If it had been one of the 39-point inspections, or whatever it would've called for, he probably would've been there 30 minutes or so. I didn't get my money's worth.

They are wonderful and I spent a lot more money than the big deal. They were very good and I keep them in our book for the future.

They did a pressure check for the air ducts. They were making sure all of the propulsion of the system was getting throughout the house. They sealed up the whole house and they checked the air pressure for the heating and cooling systems. They seemed very thorough and very professional. They were very careful to like clean up after themselves and the guy wore shoe guards to protect my carpet and things like that.

He was good. He came out relatively quick. I didn't pay for anything except for what I had to be done.

Was supposed to contact with estimate for replacement of furnace. Never heard from them so went with another provider.

The guy told me that it will run so we gave it a try and turned it on. It works fine. I appreciated the chance to get that going again because it's so wonderful. They were professional, friendly, and helpful. They didn't try to sell me anything else. He was absolutely wonderful. He came over very quickly. I purchased a Big Deal coupon for Excel Air Heating, Cooling and Solar.

The work was fine. He inspected it and seemed to do a decent job. They showed up on time, did their work and it was fine.

It went really well. For one thing, we were surprised he would come out on a holiday (Memorial Day) and did not charge us extra for that. The cost of the service was reasonable and his labor was reasonable. Everything went better than expected. He was so good about explaining everything to us. We asked questions and he gave us good answers and made sure we understood.

My air conditioner was not working so I called Excel Air. They came out diagnosed and fixed the problem. They made several helpful recommendations which will save money in the future. I was really expecting the bill to be double what it was. Very Pleased

Prior to his arrival the heater had been acting up by not operating correctly. He went up in the attic and look over the situation, made a couple of a adjustments and clean off a component. Shortly afterwards the heater was working like it was brand new. He give me a couple of tips for in the future and went about his way...

The appointment was easily scheduled. The furnace tech arrived on time and completed his system check including washing our filter media. He was very thorough and professional.

I bought their Big Deal Coupon. My experience was positive. The unit was relatively new and everything was working as expected. Their service was just fine. They showed up on time which was good.

I would have expected him to check the burners and to turn on the A/C to see if it ran well. He did not do either of those. I felt like he was just trying to sell me new systems when I didnt need any.

performed check, told us how bad it was and gave a quote for a whole new system at a stiff price. we decided to continu with our working system

It went well for the service performed. After the inspection the service technician went over his inspection results and recommended an additional $3K of work to perform. I chose not to do the additional $3K of work.

Became. He worked. He left.

Start to finish was excellent, the tech explained what he was doing, and why. My wife was present and felt she was included throughout the service call.
