Excellent work. The installation posed some problems, but he was able to get the job done. Did even more than he promised.

Checked out our 35-year old furnace, replaced filter, and sealed a gap at the top of furnace. Lucaas was very professional and knowledgeable. The only thing I'm not pleased about is the plug-in carbon monoxide alarm which blares every-time you unplug it! Not sure if it is a malfunction or normal action.

Bob did a great job with the install. He cleaned up after the job, disposed of the old toilet, and even caulked the sink for free. Great experience overall.

Very satisfactorily. After our initial contact by phone, he was at my house to inspect the broken hot water pipe leading to the kitchen. He immediately assessed the situation and provided me a very reasonable cost of repair esimate. Within two days, he came to fix the problem. He was very professional, courteous, and friendly. His repair was completed within the alloted time. Before I called, Bob, I thought I was going to use another company that had started some repair work to the same problem. We could not agree on a price that I thought was very unreasonably exorbitant. I was glad I looked around for another poumber and found Muller Plumbing Services.

Everything with the installation went well, and the air conditioner works well. But, I purchased a 2 year maintenance package also. Excel Air was supposed to come to my house and check the function of the heater/AC every 6 months. Excel Air called me about one month after the A.C. unit was installed to come out. I hadn't even had a chance to use it and since it was just installed didn't see any need for it. Excel Air has not called me since then.

Not selected. Very professional and informative. Compared 7 local installers. Decision made considering AHRI results, costs, Angie's list rating, and Consumers Reports rating. Would consider for future evaluations. Steve had the lowest quote, however Consumer Reports, and labor warranty fell below desired. Did not request a requote

Very professional installation at a reasonable price and right on time.

I was contacted by the servicer who let me know that they had a quote ready. When I called back, they couldn't seem to find the quote immediately and they said they would call back. I was never contacted again. I went with someone else to replace the entire unit and was extremely happy with that experience. I was not too impressed by this overall experience.

They were very nice and very thorough. It was just more money than Thompson. They were very, very professional. I would recommend them too. They did nothing wrong. I liked the man who came out. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. Who knows they may have a better furnace but it was just because of my age I thought I'm not likely to live very long. If I was 60 or something I would see things differently. So I was more interested in price than anything.

Initial reaction was very good. Performed as promised. However, they installed a programable thermostat without checking with me first. I was very unhappy with it and asked them to come back and switch it out for a non-programmable. They said they would do it twice and never came and never followed up on my last phone call asking for an appointment. I called another provider who swapped out the thermostat. First of all, they should have asked what type of thermostat I wanted - which they admitted. Secondly, it was very unprofessional to twice tell me they were going to swap it out and then never did and didn't call me back. I would not hire them again and suggest no one else hire them either.

There was a glitch with getting the correct equipment at first, but once it was in, the repair happened quickly.

The provider was on time he found out what was causing my furnace to malfunction, He ordered a new part from the factory which arrived approximately ten days later as he promised. He installed the part and a carbon monoxide dectector. He rechecked everything and left. He was here about an hour the last time to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction and it was. I was very satisfied with their work.

The person was punctual, responsive, took al the time needed without showing that he was in a rush. He provided cost estimates, but was not able to provide answer for what would be the reason for the liquid line swetting (dripping moisture) at the point it entered the furnace's evaporator.

My A/C broke on a Saturday. The blower just wouldn't come on. I called Excel air and they scheduled an appointment on Sunday. I was impressed that they made an appointment on Sunday. Nick came to service the A/C on Sunday. Great guy, personable and very accommodating. He quickly diagnosed the issue being a board on the unit. This was a part that needed to be ordered since my unit was installed in the early 2000. He said that he could get the part on Monday and install it. As expected Nick arrived at my home on Monday afternoon, installed the board on the unit and now my a/c has been working great ever since. It's a good thing too with the unbearable heat & humidity that we've had this summer. Thanks again to Nick at Excel Air for diagnosing and getting the part quickly in order to revive my a/c.

It went well. I spent approximately around $300. They did the inspection of te heating and cooling system and found that the free-on was low in the AC unit so they replaced some of the free-on in there. They were very helpful, very friendly and very knowledgeable.

We had purchased a big deal for the service. They weren't able to do anything for me, but he was able to assess the situation better than anybody else who had come out to do it. I had someone in the past and I paid 1000 Dollars to repair the system, but it never made a difference. The guy who came out from Excel knew what the problem was, and I need a new air conditioning system so there wasn't much he could do. He seemed knowledgeable, he did the inspection, and he showed me what needed to be done as opposed to what the other people did.

Company never followed up on their checkup on my A/C system. I don't recommend this company. It was also my first experience with Angie's List. I have not consulted Angie's List since.

He came out and the service was not very good. All he was trying to do is sell us a new furnace and our furnace is only about 9 years old and we got the best one we could. I wasn't very happy with the service. He's a nice guy and all of that but he really wasn't interested in doing anything for our furnace. He was very responsive in answering phone calls and he came out when he said he would.

It went very well. My husband and I made the mistake of providing the wrong faucets to him for the wrong bathroom. However, he took it with a grain of salt and willingly said that it was no problem and he would install the right faucets which he did. It did cost us more money but it was worth it. He did an excellent job of installing the faucets and left the bathrooms in a clean and orderly condition. He was very pleasant and cordial during his time here. I would highly recommend him to anyone and we would definitely call him for future plumbing issues.
