Description of Work: It was an excellent experience. I needed to have the screen replaced on my iPhone. I got there early and they took me right then. They completed the work professionally and quickly. I will definitely return and I highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreThey were terrible. I had to take it back to them twice. It turned out they were using an after market product and you can't do that on an Apple product. They don't do quality work. I had to pay another $100 to take it somewhere else and get it fixed. The guy told me not to press so hard on the buttons. I think their price was reasonable, because it cost me the same somewhere else. They told me it would be ready at a certain time the next day and it wasn't. The guy argued with me. They could have made the product work when I got it back. I would say not to use them.

I just felt like they were a little bit disorganized except for their communication. Their communication was fantastic. I ended up not being able to use the computer in the end. I remembered not believing that it was too expensive. They were fairly priced. I thought they were fair. Nothing stood out. They were very good at communicating.

Description of Work: My son has a windows laptop and had broke the connector that allows you to charge it. The part that your charger plugs into broke with the charger connected to it. I brought it in and they replaced the part and now it works again! They had to reorder the part a couple of times just because the manufacturer had sent the incorrect parts but other than that they were great!
