Description of Work: Excellent general contractor. Did major remodel of house as well as hardscape and landscape redesign/remodel. Michael is a perfectionist who takes pride in doing creative work. Most of his work is referral and repeat clients. Michael is a hands-on contractor who is at the site nearly full time. Any subcontracted work is closely supervised. End product exceeds expectations...Cost and schedule performance is as agreed.

The time frame we had established, the work was a week and half over which was due to my error of ordering the incorrect supplies and he was instrumental in correcting my error. He stepped out of his comfort zone to help me and I really appreciated that. He potentially postponed his other jobs to complete my job.
